Noir Calgary 

This company is an absolute scam - goods from China advertised from London - quality abysmal - avoid at all costs

If I could give them a minus rating I would. I ordered a coat from the pictures looked good , what I received was a cardigan. Doesn’t even look like the picture of the coat I ordered. I contacted them to say I’d received the wrong item. They said they’d give me a 20% discount on the total amount which I refused I said I wanted to return the item and after 14 emails back and forth they have said I need to return for a refund back to china!! £17 postage I don’t think so. DO NOT USE SCAM COMPANY. I wish I’d done my research sooner on this company, supposed to a London based company when in fact it is clearly china based. Something should be done about companies like this and they shouldn’t be allowed to trade. Has anyone had any resolution from this company Noir UK.

Goods ordered from Noir for a present, as their site claimed to be UK based,
11 days later, no goods. tracking is a joke and on emailing , I was told the goods were coming from China. and even now they can't give me a delivery date so son's birthday present now overdue. THey had the gall to offer me a 10 % discount as an apology as if I would ever order from them again... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will post again when I record my experience with returning these goods, as had to go out for a local present to be in time for the birthday.

I purchased two sweaters I waited six weeks following up several times to find out when my order was coming. I finally got notification that ny package was delivered except it wasn't. I contacted the company and they said they were not responsible for orders that were marked as delivered and suggested to adk my neighbors or contact our lical postsl service. I reached out to Canada post and was told the tracking number the company provided was not valid so I could not open an investigation as to where my package went. With the long wait and invalid tracking number I feel that this whole transaction was a scam.

The blouse I ordered was very poor quality and not even close to the size it ordered it in. After several attempts to get my $ back through the company and not willing to pay a small fortune to return it to china I disputed it through my credit card company and got my money back.

It’s a scam. Cheap quality and It is impossible to return items. They want the customer to send items back to China and pay for it. Beware!!! Don’t fall into the trap of the name thinking it’s all in Canada.

Products I purchased were very good quality, were as they looked on the website. The prices are very good. I bought from there in 3 separate occasion.

I bought a sweater jacket for my son. The size was not the size l ordered unless he was a baby elephant!

The item was nothing like the picture with almost no way to return it efficiently! Fraud site

Zero stars! This is a SCAM operation. Cheap, shoddy goods from China.

Zero is the true rating. I rarely order anything on line. Like everyone else I thought I was getting a quality item from Calgary at a great sell out price. WRONG!!!
Crappy, over priced item from China.
Paid $65 worth maybe $5
Got a total run around on a return. Fake address in China at a ridiculous return price and since they would never get it I would be out another $60
Feel like an absolute idiot for not checking on the company before ordering.

They send u a similar to picture item that is no where near the pictures. I’m planning to pursue this more with our fraudulent product association in BC

Canada should stop allowing them to have any contact with…unfortunately they will likley open up under another name. Never shopping on line again except real Canadian companies

Terrible experience with Knox & River. The dresses that were pictured on pinterest were not the same as I received. One of the dresses showed a flowing bodice pleated picture, the one I received is a heavy not pleating, just an ugly dress that is heavy and not anything like the picture. Do not fall for the fake picture of older couple and they are retiring. I have seen it on several websites with their Noir Catergary.

It is a scam. You can return your products but on your own cost directly to a China address.
Don't buy anything from this website, they will steel your money

ZERO STARS. Realized this site was a scam after placing order. Cancelled the order almost immediately after ordering, how their site said to, but was told they will “try” to cancel before shipping but can’t guarantee. Such BS. Instead of responding again they “shipped” it to get out of having the return my money. Will dispute charge with credit card company, and get a new card number just in case. Do not buy from them, do not fall for them being a Canadian company or couple.

It’s a scam. Impersonating local Canadians but is a China front. Likely will skim your credit card in future. Report to Shopify!

BEWARE ...This company isn't Canadian! Stay away!!! I thought I was supporting a Canadian company but sadly it was coming from China and this wasn't obvious until I got the tracking information. To make this even worse, the item did not fit and I reached out to return it, only to be told I would have to pay for shipping costs. When I went through the process, the cost to ship it was almost $400.00!!! I regret not looking at reviews ahead of time, always research places you order from online.

This is not a legitimate clothing store! The shipment comes from China. The clothes are nothing like the photos or descriptions want you to believe. They are cheap man-made material and the actual colours are not what is shown on photos. I have tried to return the merchandise which turns out to be impossible. I received 8 emails from them, all the same!! No offer of any action or instructions to return.

I fell for this company with its untruths...I feel like an idiot. It is NOT a Calgary company, it is China!!. When you go on the site they have a lovely older couple saying they are retiring etc. etc. It looks legit until you get the tracking info. I even wrote to them saying this is not Calgary but China and they wrote back saying they had different shipping outlets...Bunk .I ordered a Large bra for over $50 and when it arrived it could have fit a child. I am not a large woman, such a rip-off. Also ordered a coat which looked really nice on the site for $79 and when it came it was cheaply made and definitely not worth the money....I am kicking myself over and over. It's not even worth giving one star too. Do not fall for this garbage!
