Worst company behaviour

When they didnt have the size i choose, then they just send of whatever they had on stock. Further all of the sudden some of their clothes done have size tags when it isnt the expected size you have wanted. Complete scam. Further they're refund policy is if you have worn something, and that means just tried it on for example to ensure that the size is correct, then they wont refund you for the clothes.

Worst company behaviour i have ever witnessed with my own eyes, theese are thing you only hear about normally.

We remind you that our Customer Care, as clearly indicated in our website, is available at the email address support@nohowstyle.com and phone number +39 075 8631031 during the business hours.

Moreover, what you are declaring is not correct for several reasons:

1) We always send the exact same size that the customer purchases in our website. Each purchased product comes with an external tag which has a barcode with an SKU product number, which codifies only for the product and size purchased in the order.
For further verification we kindly invite you to contact our customer care at the contacts shown above.

In any case we would like to assure you that we do NOT send under any circumstances a different size compared to what you ordered. We are a truly reliable business operating since more than 10 years and such false allegations do not correspond to the truth and are defamatory.

If the internal label does not have the size indicated, that means that there has been an error in the production chain as internal labels are printed and cut together and it might happen occasionally that the cut is not precise and therefore the size is not visible internally, but this does not automatically mean that the size that we sent is not the one you order.

As previously indicated the size of each product received is indicated in the external tag and barcode: sizes are usually codified with -013 (size S), 014 (size M), -015 (size L), -016 (size XL) or -191 (size 30W), -193 (size 32w), -195 (size 34w), -197 (size 36w), -198 (size 38W), -201 (size 40W).

Since each product has its own fit and measurements in centimeters, it is possible that some products do not fit the same compared to others you bought even if they are purchased in the same size. In each product page in the website we indicate the measurements in centimeters of the size worn by the model and we also have a detailed size guide with instructions on how to choose your size. It is possible in your case that the size you purchased is not appropriate. In that case as solution we offer return for size exchange or refund.

2) We do not deny returns and refunds if clothes are just tried on. Indeed, our return policy indicates that products that have been used over time, washed or altered cannot be returned. If you have just tried on the products, have not used them and the external tag with barcode is still attached to the product, the products can be returned. Moreover, the policy states that if the external tag (the one with the barcode) has been removed by the customer, the product cannot be returned. Indeed, the only reason to remove the external tag is by common sense is if you decide to keep the products and use them. It doesn’t make sense to cut the external tag from the product if you want to return it and don’t want to use it.

3) We noticed that you placed a return request on our website, where you indicated that you would like to return 5 products out of 15 purchased.
As soon as you placed the return request in our website, you received instructions on how to ship the products back.
Unfortunately we are assuming that the reason for leaving this negative review is the fact that we do not offer free return labels, which however is clearly indicated on our Return policy on our website. We advise reading our return policy before placing orders to avoid inconveniences and unexpected costs.

We are sorry that this review tool has been used in this case with defamatory intentions on our behalf and that you did not contact us requesting explanations or instructions instead. Our Customer care team is always available for clarifications.

still no refund after 2 years

i bought something in January 31. 2023, its 08.02.2026 and im still waiting for my refund

them claiming ive never opened and talked to their refund department through mail is straight up lied since i still have the emails from 2023, fact is that they are lying and not honest when it comes to their products, i hope future buyers do not fall to a scam company like "nohow".

quick update, i finally got my refund even tho not the full sum(09.02.2026) after reaching out to them AGAIN after two years

The refund has been now issued to your PayPal account. Regarding the claim that the refund is partial, as clearly indicated in our return and refund policies available on our website returns are at customer's charge, we do not provide free return labels and we do not provide refunds for return shipping costs.

We also do not refund original shipping costs always according to our refund policy as we paid the carrier to deliver to you the product, therefore that is a paid service. 


 Regarding the timing of the refund, as thoroughly explained by email, since you opened a dispute with PayPal for no reason for this order without waiting for our refund within the 10 business days following the delivery of your return package to our warehouse according to our policy, it was not possible for us to issue the refund as the dispute was open. Indeed the refund system does not allow us to issue refunds until the dispute is closed to avoid refunds to be issued twice.

Please kindly note that we would have refunded you immediately if you had contacted us immediately after the dispute was resolved. Unfortunately this was a technical issue of the system, we always were in good faith and we would like to ensure that we are not a "scam" company as you defined us in trustpilot. 

Please also kindly note that if you would not have opened the PayPal dispute in the first place the refund for the returned product would have been issued in 10 business days after receiving the return according to our policy timeframe and all of this would never have occurred.

We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience, however we would like to point out that we are a trusted company which operates since more that 10 years and we never had the intention to deceive you or deny the refund you were entitled to.

Outstanding customer service and great quality

I had a really great experience with Nohow.

I ordered several items and during the first try-on, a snap button came off one of the pants. I contacted their support and from the very beginning they were kind, professional and responsive.

They checked the issue with their quality department, took full responsibility, and shipped me a brand new replacement in the correct size at their expense. They didn’t even ask me to return the defective item, which I truly appreciated.

Beyond the excellent service, I’m also very impressed with the overall quality, fabrics and design of the items.

It’s refreshing to see a brand that truly stands behind its products and treats customers with respect.

I ordered a small “boone double breasted coat” it fits perfectly.
Most negative reviews on here are unjust. At first I was hesitant about ordering but then I saw that most are complaining about return policy. Which is the same as other clothing brands. Everything is stated nicely on the website, so no surprises.

Fantastic suit and super speedy delivery

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I absolutely love the my navy tech suit I purchased from NOHOW. So much so that I have just placed an order for the green one. This is my first time ordering from…

This is my first time ordering from this company and I’m not impressed… not only did I pay 129 for a jacket but they charged me 150 then charged me 28 dollars to ship my jacket, then when it got to the delivery service they charged me an additional 35 dollars. I’m beyond mad. The jacket ended up not fitting and I would like to return it. Come to find out I have to pay to return and ship it back so far this company shoes me they do not care about there customers but that they only see the dollar signs. Do not buy from nohow clothing they will rip you off.

First of all, the shipping fees are clearly displayed in the website at checkout and once they are displayed the customer can decide if continue with the purchase or not, it is not an hidden fee at all and it is not applied without customer's knowledge or consent. Therefore, you deliberately and consciously chose to proceed with the purchase being fully aware of the shipping fees amount.
Moreover, the shipping cost of 28 euro is for Express premium shipping from Italy to USA with DHL which offers fastest shipping and high-quality shipping services.

Regarding the additional 35 dollars, those are not related to shipping fees at all but they are duty fees taxes as indicated in the DHL email you received, as the USA government as in Trump administration introduced duty taxes that have to be paid by US citizens in order to import the products in your country.
We are not responsible for the application of import taxes as they are entirely regulated by Customs Offices in your country.
In our website it is clearly indicated that duty fees are at customer’s charge.

The website also clearly states that returns are at customer’s charge as unfortunately we cannot provide free return labels. However, if you had contacting our Customer Care team regarding the return, we would have been able to offer you a paid pick up service with DHL which could come at a lower cost compared to your chosen carrier. Indeed, we value our Customer experience and we do everything we can to make it as easy and pleasant as possible.

In any case, we have requested information to you through Trustpilot to identify your purchase as no order number or further details have been provided on your side.

unique design, awesome blazer

Really wanted to write a review as soon as my purchase arrived, because to be honest i was a bit on the fence about pulling the trigger and ordering for the first time a blazer i randomly came across in an ad on instagram due to the negative (or lack of) reviews/ratings, but because i really liked the design, in the end thought it's worth a shot, worst case scenario i'll send it back if it's not what advertised and the shipping will be costly.
But the blazer looks and feels amazing wearing it, high quality and just love it. As a musician i'm always looking for more unique pieces of clothing to wear on stage and this will be an awesome addition.
I don't question the other customers experiences but mine was great and can only recommend. Cheers

P.S. The order arrived to Romania from Italy in a little less than a week and even smells awsome after unpacking it.
