I purchased the chocolate brown healing herbs product. The product was recommended by an influencer Denise Boomkens on her instagram.

I applied it to my hair (my base is brown). My grey roots turned orange. The brown colour had an orange tinge to it.

It is not a product I would recommend. It reminded me of henna when I was a teenage.

It was €70 and I spent €150 getting the damage mended. I would strongly not recommend this product. By careful as it is basically henna and you have no control on the colour outcome.

There was no colour whatsoever after using Vanilla Biscuit Hair Colour. I tried to contact the costomer care first on WhatsApp and was horrified at the AI endlessly confusing me with the answers I know from the Internet. The phone call with a human did not help either. They will tell you that you need to use their other products, they you need a personal formulation, that you need load of other things. When I told them that I do nto use any other hairstyling products and there is no buildup on my scalt, and I use bio-certified products etc, they asked me to send a picture so that they can provide specific advice. The email basically repeated the AI chat at WhatsApp and vague answers on the phone. Basically, it is a scam, and they just sell you something for 70 euro which does not work.
