I believe they went out of business, which is why many customers were having issues with customer service for the better half of this year. It's unfortunate because their products were good. I still have my wallet from them and its going strong.

Never received my iphone 13 wallet. Payal did the job for returning my money paid, no replies to all my emails. A total scam company!

I placed an order for a wallet on August 1, 2022. I got an email saying the item shipped on August 2, 2022. It is currently October 31, and I have not received the wallet. I have emailed and sent messages through Instagram and Facebook with absolutely no response. So I feel like a scammed and will never order anything else from Nodus.

Great quality material and design. After trying out many wallets from Bellroy, Ekster, Shinola, and Leatherology, this was the best choice. I do wish they key slot was removed because I never store my key in my wallet, and the slot leaves behind an undesired patina.

I places an order on August 3, then after about 2-3 weeks I emailed them to cancel it cause it was taking too long. They never answered. I emailed them again after 4 weeks and still no answer or refund. Avoid ordering from them outside of UK.

They did a good job in shipping the order ASAP. The quality is always great. They need to answer the emails sent to them though.

Bought wallet almost two months ago, never received it and no one is replying to emails.
I had to contact my bank for refound.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Superb shopping experience. I got notified when the product I wanted was available on discount. Everything went smooth. Low shipping costs, arrived when expected, packed securely, without any damages..

I placed my order on 2 Aug 2022 with a promise of shipment within 14 days maximum. It is sep 13 today, and my product hasnt even been couriered so far and is still with Nodus. I have follwed up with over 10 emails and everytime i receive an automated response without any acknowledgement.

Customer service at its absolute worst!!

Bought a wallet during this summer sale, I live in Italy. Everything arrived in about 3 weeks which is absolutely reasonable considering it's an international shipment; Package wrapped with great care and the product itself, in my case the "Hifold coin" wallet, is just stunning. From the truly premium leather to the stitching, you can just tell it's a top notch product right of the bat. I hope I have the chance to buy again from them soon enough and for sure I will recommend they're product to others. Cheers!

Great products, great quality. I’ve order 4 items over the last month and all arrived within the week. Not sure why the poor service people have had - hopefully it’s just a blip. I’ve been a customer for over 4 years.

The support is non existent. I have purchased my goods and paid for it but never received it. Multiple emails and messages on social networks no one uet replied in months!

Great leather, great wallet, I’d say it’s perfect for my needs…if I ever needed to get another down the road it will be with the same company.

Fast shipping

Pre-Ordered in December 2021, should’ve been shipped in March but still no sign in July. No replies, website shows „ships in May“. Time to call a lawyer…

I have purchased a number of quality Nodus items over many years for which I have been very satisfied. This time I received an item which did not fit. I tried communicating with you but could not get a reply. On doing a few searches on social media I find that you have not been responding to communication from other purchases for a long time. I decided to contact my CC issuer and report this lack of communication. I am now edpecting a refund. This is very sad as I have liked using your products of many years.

Had to pay an additional fee (26€!) because of Brexit and customs.
Wallet is really nice and was worth the buy. Only problem is that it was stolen recently. :-(

I was looking forward to this purchase, but the service ruined my experience. My wallet arrived with a defect, i sent pictures and asked for a switch out and up to this day I haven't heard from anyone. I've sent a couple of emails regarding this issue and nothing. Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Excellent coin/bill wallet. Nice looking, quality build and performs even better than claimed. I love it and plan to get 1 or 2 different wallets from them when what I want is back in stock
