Noctifera Creations is a small business run by a very small team of creators. We specialise creating Steampunk and Burlesque accessories, and in working with our clients to create spectacular bespoke items made with love and attention. We strongly believe that to create perfected, high quality and long-lasting items, the creative process should not be rushed. We strive to be environmentally friendly and we minimise our waste as much as we can. We only have one home after all so we should take care of it. We limit our usage of new materials, and prefer to upcycle old items often donated by friends and family, and give them a new lease of life.

Lovely-looking products, broke easily, no way to contact seller
Lovely stand at the Whitby Goth Weekend with lots of appealing products and reasonable prices. We bought two crocheted octopuses and a set of "anatomical heart" cufflinks. Unfortunately the cufflinks broke immediately and proved unfixable, and there appears to be no way to contact the company to ask about replacement or refunding, otherwise this would be a five-star review.

Unfortunately this things shouldn’t happen and we can apologise and are here to try and resolve this to the best of our abilities.
We are more than happy to replace your cufflinks by post or by collecting the new ones at an event that we will be attending. If possible please send us pictures of the broken cufflinks so we can contact our manufacturer and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Regarding the issues you had with contacting us, we can only apologise.
Nevertheless, they were always available on our social media platforms (Facebook/instagram/X), google, website, trustpilot bio and business cards, unless there was something wrong with these that we were not aware of at the time. In the meantime I checked all and all the information seems to be available.

Amazing company and great support
From start to finish they have been amazing help and easy to work with, they made the process of choosing what I wanted simple and offered great advice when choosing a colour aswell.
I couldn’t be happier with the end product, it arrived carefully wrapped up with extra padding knowing what postal services are like now.

Fabulous service
This company was recommended to me by my Burlesque teacher as we required some nipple pasties for a routine and standard size’s simply wouldn’t do. The service I received was simply outstanding, very friendly and prompt responses. My ordered arrived sooner than expected with a few little gifts which was a nice touch. The pasties are simply beautiful I can’t wait to wear them, such amazing quality. They even came in a beautiful box which was a lovely little touch. Will certainly be back.

I was curious about getting some pasties and Noctifera Creations made it all such a magical and exciting experience. The creator worked with me to work out themes and different gems to use! I asked for it to be a surprise and omg when I opened them I was so overwhelmed with amazement!! They're stunning and beautifully made! The craftsmanship is top notch! I also ordered one of the business' badges and that was also amazing quality and cute as it was a mystical cat 🐱 I will definitely purchase from this business again and I highly recommend getting pasties if you are a professional in the burlesque world or you're just curious and want to dip your toe in!
