Seated us but didn’t provide menus until we asked for them. Somewhat surly waitress told me I couldn’t have a Diet Coke as they’d run out but I saw bar tender serving Diet Coke a short while later. The portions were on the small size but the bill sadly wasn’t. Yes, the restaurant was busy and they probably didn’t have enough staff working but customer service costs nothing and would’ve meant that we’d return rather than posting this negative review! We had diner in this NOCI Islington restaurant January 19th. The waiter made an error on the bill (overcharged), and we were obliged to pay twice (wrong bill + revised bill). The "manager" confirmed us that we would be reimbursed within 2 to 3 days. Since this date, we sent numerous mails, we went in person to ask to be reimbursed. No reimbursment made as of today (26 February). The manager ignored all our attempts and contacts to obtain reimbursement.This behavior leads us to believe that this restaurant wants to fraudulently keep the money. We will keep posting this info, and will alert CI (consummers International).

This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and the service is brilliant! It’s not often you go to a restaurant anymore where the staff actually care and the food doesn’t have to cost a million pounds. I was blown away attending Noci for the first time. Impressive service, great vibes and delicious food. Michelle and Georgio were both brilliant! Will be recommending this restaurant to all my friends and definitely going back again and again!
