Supercomfortable and high quality chairs for a (in my eyes) fair price. It seemed steep at first but once I sat down, it really felt justified.
I had an issue with my chair making a few noises when turning which was promptly and quickly resolved with new parts by the customer service. This company seems to have the right priorities: product and customer.
I will definitely buy another noblechair should I ever need one.

Bought the chair in October 22 and use it nearly every day for long periods of time. Seat is a little bit firm but I like it. Since a few days the rocker mechanism is cracking, but service answered really quickly and I hope that the issue will be resolved with a new mechanism.

Good product (Hero Model), one of the armrest was defective and has been replaced by the support in less than one week !!

Chair itself is good,
Had some issues but support responded quick and have helped me with my needs.

Ordered the Hero Edition chair with high-tech artificial leather and the foot rest.
Delivery with GLS is always a bit of an adventure - it arrived later than scheduled, but that's not noblechair's fault.
After assembly, I noticed scratched metal on the bottom of my right armrest. Contacted support, provided a few photos of the issue, and got a new arm rest within 4 days. Great service!

I got a very good chair. Sadly the left armrest is broken and wouldn't lock in anymore. I wrote an Mail to the service team and got a very quick response. I send them the required information and they are sending me a new armrest. It was very uncomplicated and very much to my liking I didn't have to send them the entire chair again. One of the best guarantee cases I ever had ^^

Dont get me wrong these are great chairs but for over £300 I would hope the chairs would last more than a few years. My chair was come apart on the base of the seat, the seat coming apart from the 'wing'. The armrests will need replacing every few years as they will start to go mis-shaped due to elbow pressure.

Must mention these chairs have been subject to quite heavy use..

If you are after a few years of comfortable, steady chair then these are great but they wont last. Maybe I was expecting too much.. don't know.

Very comfortable armchair, but which has deteriorated over time. The after-sales service helped me replace the necessary part, with quick responses and very clear and precise requests.

I had a problem but SUV solved it quickly. All fine in this momento.....ver very happy. I would buy again with no doubts!

Had some issues with the chair, but customer service was great and helped me out with some parts.

The chair is actually of good quality and also comfortable.

I would not recommend this chair for people under 1.80m as I had some of issues with the pillows and height of the chair.

My feet could not touch the ground but with the new parts it should work for me.

If I'm honest the pillows are not really working well with chair as far as mounting and positioning them I had alot of issues, so I left them aside.

I would still give the chair alone 4 stars.

Really good product

Bought a chair from a french online-shop.
The chair arrived with an arm rest broke.
I contacted Noblechair and the same day that I received my chair, they send me a replacement armrest, even if I bought it on an other shop.

Perfect, and the chair ( epic copper edition ) is really good.

the chair is made to a high standard, I am very pleased. I had a problem after a week with the mechanism, but within one day I was able to solve the problem with the help desk. I recommend to everyone

Noblechairs is for me the best chair company out there. Their customer support is really good a reactive a special mention to Emilio who took good care of me. The quality of the chair itself is amazing, good material that are solid and steardy.

Bought the Epic in white and black, I know it will need my attention to keep it clean, especially the dye from jeans, but that's just my choice of colour. Having worked in the motor industry for over 25 years with Mercedes and BMW I am very familiar with all kinds of seat coverings and expectations, yes leather cracks, this is a characteristic, however leather feed will minimize this. Put the chair together in around 20 mins, very easy, then came the big test, sitting in it. Absolutely awesome, can't wait to do all weekend in it. Love it, Ordered Monday from Noble, arrived Wednesday via Overclockers super fast delivery what can I say.

My chair is falling apart at the seams after barely 2 and a half years. Small hole on the right hand side appeared within a couple of months of buying it, where an internal rib pushed through. Should have done something about it then, but I didn't and a few weeks after the warranty expired it pulled open at the seam. Spent over £250 for an office chair expecting it would last, but it really didn't.

The leather started to break shortly after 2 years and now after 2.5 it's totally broken. Really doesn't speak for the quality. The only thing that the support suggested to is to buy the broken part for 230 euro. What is excessive as price for a chair that i paid 350 for.

Customer service is good. Good communication, responds quickly. Parts can be purchased seperatly if the warranty is over.

This is the best chair company that exists.
