Incompetence and EU law violations
I bought their KanalJacke summer edition (Channel flight jacket summer edition) And when it arrived it looked and felt great.. After maybe a week or so the first problem began, the buttons were only stamped on without glue which in other words mean that with time they will fall out. And fall off they did. One I managed to put back by pinching it hard, but one broke itself basically. It is mindboggling that this has passed quality control. I emailed them regarding replacement buttons which they sell, I asked if it was the same ones that were on the jacket and they confirmed it was. It was not. After that they have gone completely no contact. At the time of writing they have not written back for at least 2 weeks. In the EU you have 2 years warranty by law, and they are breaking the law by now taking returns or offering repairs through ignoring any attempt I have made to return it. Do not buy from this company, they have little or NO quality control and if you upset them in any way by being frustrated with how easily buttons fall off they will ghost you leaving with you a jacket that you cannot use.
