Never shop in that shop. You will totally regret it. Their return policy is if the product give discount then you can not get your money back. But the funny thing is the sales person trying to sell you with discount on everything even the new arrival, but they didn’t tell you that you can not regret it and get the money back. That’s their sales strategy, give everything on discount, make sure you can not get the money back, that’s the way how they running the shop. Totally insane sales strategy. I bought a pair of jeans for my boyfriend, but I am not so sure he likes it. So the sales person said to me, you know what I can gave you 10 percent discount and it is new arrival. I thought “ ohhhh how nice he can do that”, so I bought it. Because it was new item, I didn’t even think about it I could not return and get the money back. After I came home, my boyfriend can not fit the jeans. So I went to return the jeans and want to get my money back. So the sales person said I can not give you money back, because I gave you the discount. But he forgot to inform me when I bought it. And it was himself offer the discount, was not myself asked for it. So it is totally cheating. And I don’t expect the owner reply this feedback, and please do not reply, because I read all others’ reply, you just gonna bring up the purchase law, bla bla bla…….. and not find any solution. You will think, I just lost one customer, but there are more customers I can earn money from. Please go back to school and get some more education about how to do the business. So other customers, please stay out from No.8 Roskilde.

Thank you for your rating on trustpilot. We actually need both the bad and the good ratings, so we can learn from our customers and do better in the future. So when I tell you that I am sorry to hear, that you have had a bad experience in our store and with our staff, I really mean this.
We are a small business, and that is why we have this returnpolicy. We do not train our staff in cheating our customers. We actually do our best to give our customers the best experience in our store. At the moment I am trying to figur out which of our salespersons who attended you at our store, so we can teach him/her the correct way to service our customers in the future.
When this is said we actually draw attention to our return policy on the receipt and also on writing in the store, so it should not come as a surprise.
I hope your boyfriend will be able to find something else in the shop, instead of the jeans you bought him.
