delays over delays
i ordered my sneakers two weeks ago and still didn't receive them.
first i got a mail that there are shipment problems, and that my shoes will be delivered within the end of the first week after I ordered.
Then, after the first week, i got a mail that it will take a further 3 days until i will get my shoes.
Today, two weeks after i ordered, they are still not here.
Also, they offered me to refund the shipping cost when i got the first mail. Still didn't get any money back though...

Good communication
I ordered a size 42 they informed me the next day that the whole style was sold out so could offer a refund. Then the day after a 42.5 became available. I expressed my need to have the product by Friday and they delivered on time despite the earlier inconvenience of the website not being clear with what sizes were available. I would shop here again.
