I bought my fragrance from here then…

I bought my fragrance from here then they mest up my delivery. I kontakt costumer service and do not get a reply. Then they proceed to not refund me the full amount. This is the last time I’m going to buy from them.

The shop shipped an order 2 weeks old…

The shop shipped an order 2 weeks old of goods that were available in the shop off-the-shelf. I wrote an email what was happening. They wrote back that it was the courier's fault. They made a cash refund when I asked. Unfortunately they did not resend the perfume at the price I purchased. I am holding the money! I do not recommend! I advise you to be careful with this shop!

I never received the product and…

I never received the product and apparently it takes a month to be able to ask for a refund. So no, not happy at all with SwedishFace.

But as we explained in our email contact, according to our terms & conditions that you accept when you make a purchase, we need to wait a certain time before we can confirm that a package that has not been delivered on time by the Post Office is "gone." This is because the vast majority of packages are simply delayed and delivered within this time period.

You are very welcome to contact us again after said time period has expired, and we will of course reimburse you for the package.

Order was never delivered to my address…

Order was never delivered to my address and didn't get full refund. Address was correct and my name was on the mail box. Not recommended.
