One of the drawers was wrecked in my Gorenje fridge.

Super helpful, good customer service!
Contacted Gorenje customer service when my dishwasher started to make a strange sound during washing. Ivan gave a quick response, telling me step by step how I probably could fix this problem myself. The sound did not disappear, but became noticeably lower. Contacted Ivan again, got a new description and this time the sound was completely gone when I did as I was told. Quick, easy and good help, response time better than most big companies I have tried to contact. Superb!

Vlade from Gorenje customer support was great. He helped, and guided me to best of his knowledge, and quickly provided troubleshooting tips. Unfortunately, this did not solve my problem, but I always felt he was on the frontfoot and trying to help me.

Great service from Vlade
I called Gorenje, because my refrigerator stopped working. After going through the error checklist with Vlade, he ordered a technician to go and check my fridge. Took 5 minutes. Great service.

Cleaning machines part very important!
It took some time before full contact with all people involved, but after guide lines from service people machine easily repaired and good running!
