Neuromotive Reset is a self-directed spinal and nervous system reset method designed to help people reduce persistent tension, restore movement, and improve how they feel in their body. It is known for being quick and easy to implement with surprising effectiveness. Developed by Chris Dobson after nearly three decades in chiropractic practice, Neuromotive Reset takes a different approach to spinal health. Rather than focusing on structural correction or practitioner-delivered treatment, the system works by engaging the brain’s control of muscle tension through simple, targeted movements. The method is based on the understanding that many common neck, back, and postural problems are influenced by protective muscle activation - patterns the brain creates in response to stress, injury, or overload. When these patterns persist, they can lead to ongoing stiffness, discomfort, and restricted mobility. Neuromotive Reset uses short, repeatable movement sequences to prompt the brain to reassess and release unnecessary tension. The routines are designed to be simple enough to perform daily, empowering people to take an active role in their own spinal self-care. Today, people in over 20 countries use Neuromotive Reset as part of their regular wellbeing routine - whether alongside existing care or as a standalone approach to maintaining comfort, mobility, and nervous system ease.

This has been life changing for me

This has been life changing for me. Golf and tramping is pain free. I have been doing the reset for 9 months twice daily. Love waking up and being able to stand tall and not like a pretzel.
Thanks Chris

Hi Heather, so glad to hear you’re still doing so well! Great to be able to do the things you love with comfort and to get out of bed and stand straight!

Everyone needs this!

I was very sceptical when I went to my first talk with Chris and learnt about the Neuromotive Reset. It seemed just too simple to make a real difference but the research and science backing it up made sense so I decided to give it a go. I had been suffering for years and years with back pain, neck tension, and had uneven shoulders and hips that made my daily life very painful. All of the treatments and exercises I had tried before, only provided temporary relief.
I started doing the reset twice a day and noticed a difference within the first few days. It is now just over a since I started and I honestly have never felt better! My mobility is great and my back and neck issues are a thing of the past! I believe that everyone should be introduced to this method! Thank you so much Chris!
