Don’t need to sit in a class
Busy mom and this is state approved. I only needed the basic food handlers but this site offers other permits. Also asked a restaurant if this was a good site and they said, it’s what their employees use.

1) It was difficult to actually "start"…
1) It was difficult to actually "start" the course after I paid for it. 2) Some test questions had answers not found in the course content. 3) Poor ISD: not all answer distracters were "findable" in the course content as they should be. You need a professional instructional designer to upgrade the quality of this course.

Well made. Easy to follow
I loved how the videos were broken down into specific sections and how it was like a story being told rather than a monotone slideshow that makes it hard to focus. I also enjoyed how it highlighted the important points for the exam.
