Some great deals but some issues…

There are at times great deals you can get from them but the issues are the following: 1) sometimes deliveries take longer than usual, 2) returning items is very difficult, 3) there are some issues with the items e.g. damaged packaging, snags and pulls and runs in the knitting/threadworks on clothes/knitwear.

EXHAUSTING TO RETURN HERE


Disappointed with delayed Customer Service for Returns Bad response time

The delivery arrived after three days, and the payment process was completely fine. However, not all the clothes were the correct size, so I had to request a return.

Since then, I have been waiting almost 14 days for a return label. My first request was on January 3rd, and today is January 13th, but I still haven’t received it. I’ve already sent four emails and was given excuses every time.

I’m very disappointed with this customer service and now urgently expect a response so I can return my package and get my money back. After reading other reviews, I’ve noticed that this company seems to have frequent issues when it comes to returns.

I’m curious to see how this will be resolved and will keep you updated. I really hope I get my money back soon…. Update I got now my return label after almost 2 weeks will see when I get my money back!!!!! (20.1.) - I might give it 2-3 stars depending on the next process and answers from them ..

Everything went very smoothly

Everything went very smoothly. Bought sneakers at half price and recieved them after a week. They were shipped to Belgium with Budbee, which had a tracking service.

Very Bad Experience. Do not buy!

Do not purchase from this website if your are ordering from overseas. The site does not inform you of the high custom charges. Delivery took ages as they ship with UPS. This courier service is the worst. Drivers falsely claim to deliver item and UPS website takes payment but does not update it on the system. It’s been weeks since I have been waiting for my delivery and still no luck in retrieving it. 1 star because they are not clear of their custom charges and for taking high delivery charge with a very poor service. Will not be purchasing from this site again and will recommend customers from overseas to stay away.

Poor service - haven’t received a product

I did order fast delivery. Now I have been waiting almost 3 weeks and product is not even collected yet from the warehouse. Poor communication and very difficult to get access to the customer service. Scam risk high. Never used them before and will definitely not use in the future. Now I’m just trying to het my money back

Don’t bother

Don’t bother. They sent a UPS « Tracking »number by email. Clicking on the link sent you to a 404 page, Entering manually the tracking number or order number would return « no recognized order » . For 12 days, the order would not show up when entering the order or tracking number. Then finally on the 13th day, surprise, the order number returned that the package was delivered 10 days ago to my UPS store and the package had been picked up. I never received confirmation and I didn’t pick this package from the UPS store. Massive waist of time and money

What happens if i want to return items…

What happens if i want to return items from two orders in a single return package? Will i be charged return fees per order? (twice)? I'm wondering because you cant register a return without having deducted the 9,95 Euro return fees per order ...

There was an EC directive by which online shops were able to charge a single time for shipping, is weird that you are asking for 6,95 euro and then for return costs of 9,95 Euro a total of 17 Euros ....

Almost 10€ for return and the refund will take more than a month (still waiting for my money)

After I opened a PayPal conflict, they wanted to refund the return (DHL number available, arrived 3 weeks ago) - but only if I resolve the conflict again. I was a fool cause I believed them and closed the conflict ... I still don't have my money ... DO NOT BUY THERE

Very slow and inefficient customer service

Very slow and inefficient customer service. Delivery works fine, but if you need customer service, be ready for a headache. I ordered a pair of leather Birkenstocks and they sent me a pair of birkoflor Birkenstocks. It took me a bunch of emails back and forth, with replies every several days, if any, to get my money back. I finally got it after one month of my purchase.
