Delivered the car on time and walked me through all the bells and whistles.

Great service. The car was delivered at the expected time with a call one hour beforehand. Ryan was very professional and spent time instructing us on all the features. He explained everything in a clear way and was very helpful.

Ryan delivered my new car and I was very pleased with his service.
He contacted me with an ETA which was accurate and he was contactable throughout the process.
Upon the vehicle arriving, he was extremely helpful in handing over all essential information but also took the time to ensure I was aware and comfortable with my new vehicle, demonstrating operations of the car and answering all questions I had.

Ryan was helpful, he kept me updated on arrival time & he arrived at the time he said he would.
He went through things in a way that was not rushed & kept checking with me I understood what he was saying.
He did a complete check of the exterial of the car as well as the interior.
I then did my own check of both as well. He gave me some more time to check things before I went through my questions with him, which he answered honestly & at a level I could understand. Nothing was too much trouble for him, this was great to see & receive.

Very impressed with both Ryan & NLVM and certainly hope they deliver my future cars.

Just taken delivery of our new vehicle which was delivered by Ryan. He phoned to inform us of his ETA and he arrived on time. The handover was seamless, his explanation of the controls etc was excellent. He went at our pace when explaining the controls. It was the best vehicle handover we've ever had. Thanks Ryan. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.
