A ticket booked an paid for was…

A ticket booked an paid for was cancelled by the SNCF without further information. I had to go to the ticket and information desk, where they didn't understand what had happened and where I had to buy a new ticket. I was informed that the first ticket would be refunded in a couple of days. This hasn't been the case after 10 days. Their client service contact further didn't work either. Terrible Service!!!

Extremely poor aftersales service

Poor aftersales service. Have been waiting for refund on cancelled train service for 13 months!!! No refund on the advantage card connected to the cancelled international train journey, no compensation for cancelled holiday, over a year wait for refund! The administration and aftersales service is a complete mess in this company!!!

OUI.SNCF is the worst company I have…

OUI.SNCF is the worst company I have been in contact with ever. No doubt about it. They owe me €143 since July 2021 and now we are 9 months later and they still haven't paid me back. I have spoken to about 10 different people (with beautiful names I must say, like Océane, Christelle, Chloé, Anaïs etc) and they all keep on promising me that SNCF will pay me back within 60 days. No we are about 270 days later and no result. The telephone assistance is absurd. They will not do a thing to help me. But the once I blame mostly is the Finance section of SNCF because I feel like they don't even want to pay me back and keep me on a leash. It's a horrible, horrible company with the worst service ever. Even at the train station the conductors treat you like they are robots and have no empathy at all.

What a terrible company

What a terrible company, changes my seat that I've paid for (with charging socket), since I wanted exclusively a place next to eachother where I can place my laptop easily so I can work.

They changed our seats lastminute to a 4 seat....
Wasn't able to work, because this spot didn't allow me to put my laptop down OR charge my laptop....

What do they do? They offer me a coupon for the money lost.. what a rip-off

Edit: Over the intercom they are saying that there are still seats available with chargers if you want to upgrade.... What a scam

I just read some negative reviews and …

I just read some negative reviews and must say that my experience was not good at all. I tried to book tickets but the site didn´t accept my card though I use it everywhere. The problem was only with V SNCF. I had to spend time and buy tickets in station...

Do not let voyages-sncf send you tickets by mail; they never arrive

We ordered traintickets and asked for them to be send by mail. The tickets never arrived and after hours of phone conversation the only option offered was to order (and pay) for the same tickets again. SNCF claimed they could not print the tickets again. Now it is 2 months after the actual trip and we are still waiting for our refund of the second set of tickets. No apology, no haste to repay, no consideration for all the international service number calling costs. The process reminds me of how things used to be with monopolist organizations that were inwardly focused and had no concept of actually providing a 'service' to a 'customer' ; like ordering a Trabant from the Government.

rip off!

Don't pay for your tickets online, because instead of sending you an e-ticket (like any air traffic company does) you just receive a lousy email telling that you can collect your ticket at a sncf train station. Which means that you will have to queue anyway, and probably miss your train.
In my case, the first part of my journey was a bus ride from the airport to a train station, so I did not have my ticket yet. Therefore I had to pay for the bus again.
You will also have to bring your creditcard again, to PIN 0 euro to prove it was you. In my case, I couldn't do this because I don't know my creditcard pin by heart as I never use it (and it was also not told that I had to do this). So end of story: they refused to give me my tickets, and I had to buy everything over again!
I showed them my creditcard, my ID card, the email from SNCF but it all didn't help...
I explained my situation on the website, but have not received an answer, neither got my money back.
Thanks once again SNCF for your efficiency, flexibility and customer service!
