System limitations doubled my price — poor support response
My first order with Pixartprinting went fine, but the second one was a mess. Their system couldn’t handle a batch of 5000 files, so I had to split them manually into smaller uploads. That alone doubled the price for the exact same job. I lost hours trying to make it work. When I pointed out that the higher price was caused by their own system limitation, support only gave generic answers about discounts for orders above €500 — completely missing the issue. In the end, I had the job printed elsewhere for barely half the price. Poor logic and poor customer service.
