Never call NJS for help
This was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating.
Communication was awful. Calls weren’t returned, questions went unanswered, and my case clearly wasn’t a priority. I constantly had to chase them for updates, and even then the information was vague and unhelpful.
What bothered me most was feeling pressured to sign documents that weren’t clearly explained. I was asked to sign things I later realized I didn’t actually need to sign, and it felt misleading and rushed rather than transparent or client-focused.
In the end, after everything, I only received £160 for a herniated disc and a sciatica condition I now have to live with for life. That outcome alone says it all.
I would not recommend NJS Law Injury Lawyers to anyone. Look elsewhere.
