Would leave 0 stars if possible. Bought 3 disposables and all 3 quit working in the first 10 hrs. Total rip off. Never buy njoy

There's no way there is 30,000 puffs mine only lasted 9days I maybe puff on it maybe 25-40 puffs a day it's zero nicotine paid almost 32 dollars for it.Ive bought 2 in 1 month that's ridiculous.Why say there's 30,000 puffs that's misleading.Very disatisfied!!!!!

Pods now started leaking . Almost every pack at qt was leaking inside the package without it even being opened . They refused to replace them because I had already returned the defective pods to the qt

Let me help you out. Your products are trash. Your daily njoy claimed 300 puffs and lasted 20. Your pods now done 3/4 worked and that is being generous. Straight up your trash. I could not be happier your gone. The best gift to me would be you dissappearing all together from the market.

Njoy needs to come back, Juul sucks they don't even sale classic tobacco there puduct is not good at all plus thier pods don't last but day, as for Njoy thier product is good thier pods last for about 3-4 days. I hope they come back on the market I love the classic tobacco and the 2.4% nicotine pods.

I wish I could not give 1 star to NJOY, LLC under the company Altria. NJOY is no longer allowed to sale their pods, only what they had in stock until sold out. I purchased 4 boxes, all out of same batch. I Mailed 3 full pods in to get a refund. I mailed July 9, 2025. They do not want to give me the $35.61. If a company sales a product, then they need to honor their product. They are fighting in count to sale NJOY again. I feel we should boycott NJOY and Altria cause they do not care about their customers. Let's hope they loose in court. There are other companies that would welcome my business. Boycott NJOY-Altria.

I decided to try njoy yesterday as a means to an end. I found it to be completely horrible. Everything about it sucks!! The taste, the fact that it burns and it hits way to harsh. I choke every time I take a puff. I will never buy this product ever again. I wish I could get my money back but that will never happen. I don't recommend anyone else to buy this crap either. The funny thing is I have my own device and I normally use that with Coastal Clouds vape juice and it doesn't bother me.

I like the Njoy daily, except that they don't make them rechargeable, and the fact that they cost more than a pack of cigarettes, which makes me think I should just stick with real cigarettes. Saving money was a big reason why I quit! PLEASE make these same ones rechargeable. These were my only complaints until yesterday; I bought a new one, opened it, and it had no mouth piece! I could see down in it, so obviously it was unsmokable, as I would probably end up drinking the liquid. I was going to send pictures to the Njoy email, but there wasn't one available, only a phone number. I would like my money back, or a replacement for that one please!

They're disposable alright, open package, take a puff and throw your cash in the trash. Got 2-3 drags off it then quit working, started leaking, accidentally drank some nasty juice.
Worst, cheapest made, piece of junk I ever tried.
I will buy ANY other brand before I waste money on one of these again. JUNK

Ace pods, spend $15 for a package of 2. Only one that doesn't leak the fluid, throw the other one away! This has been a long time issue that has never been fixed! And try going to their website, easier to access a Federal Government site! The canned response from Njoy is a LIE!!

Purchased several at a buy one get one rate...First one fell and broke, second one I lost,third and forth will not charge due to them dropping and loosing the parts leaving the charging part exposed and unable to be recharged. Would not purchase again.

Make the device lighter, every time I drop it, it breaks.

I had a problem with a device that I had only used for a few months, so I went to several departments and spoke to someone. As soon as I started talking, after asking and answering various questions, I received a reply saying that they could not send me a replacement because it had been a month. And there was no serial number written on the package. This is my first time experiencing such disgusting customer service. And a few days later, I bought a pod and started vaping, but this time there was a problem with the pod, so I contacted customer service 3 to 6 times, but I haven't received any response for 3 weeks. You should not use this disgusting brand.

Made me sick with sore throat and sinus issues, used them years ago no issue, and now the pods taste horrible, can't even taste the menthol anymore, throat hit was harsh just figured I'd use up the pods i got that was a terrible idea. Eventually the vape caused sore throat turned into cough, and sinus infection, never had the this problem from quality vapes, never using NJOY again and will speaking ill of them 4ever.

Hello my name is Cindy and I've been using your enjoy for about a week I bought four extra pods and every single one of them has leaked out into my vape cartridge area I have pictures I need to know how we can stop this sometimes it doesn't even feel like you're taking a hit and do you have anything that's a little sweeter than tobacco is just it needs something it needs some kind of flavor I like the sweet tobacco that's why I say that it does not hold a charge very well you have to charge it at least twice a day and it's just horrendous the oil that comes out of it I've been cleaning mine with it q-tip so I can I have to get another vape and this is not going to work right now I sent you my email address and another text I love your product I look the way it holds bits in my hand it's just a few things wrong with it they have any other ideas on how to stop the oil from dripping out everywhere let me know please email me if you need to your value customer Cindy Harkins I have pics not sure where to put them

Battery already won’t hold a charge bought 3 different packs of pods also (my bad) because I thought it must of been pods not working. I think it’s the pods and unit , pods leak and 1 week old device doesn’t charge. Be nice if they would make things right. I work hard for my money .

Have always really loved njoy vape pods until recently when the menthol ones started to taste very differently than they always had -(YUCK) I noticed the only ones that taste gross like that seem to be this new “FEELM” type they are selling instead. Highly debating switching vape companies as I no longer like the taste and its a rare chance to get the good old pods not marked “FEELM”
