Missed our connection in Amsterdam for…

We missed our connection in Amsterdam for BCN .
We tried many time to call Niza cars to inform them about our later arrival, but we where not able to get in contact with them ( all the time no one was picking up the phone )
When we arrived at Niza cars our booking was cancelled and they offered the same car for 20 x more than my original booking .
There was no understanding from the staff that this late arrival and not to inform them was beyond our control .

Watch out for scams at Barcelona airport. Car returned in great shape, but later Nizacars charged for damages without proof or receipts.

Overcharging and taking advantage of and unfortunate situation.…

Charging for a 300€ damage the amount of 750€ It is very close to extorsión.
I Will nevera renta fron you again. In top you hace an indirect liability for the cause of the damage. You should stop to put such visible stickers on the Cars, this Is attracting the thieves.

Poor service

I have hired cars from you on a number of occasions and have always recommended you to my friends. However today for the first time when we got to your depot it was very disorganised and I had to wait for 1 hr to get the car. Only two people were working on the desks with a lot of customers like myself waiting to be seen.

It is a scam

It is a scam. They rip you off trying to find scratches and damages. They then charge you extra. I was attacked physically by the old woman making the inspection. They know you have a flight to catch. All others also jumped and refused the bus transfer back to the airport

All nice and simple used then twice…

All nice and simple used then twice last year easy from airport no big waiting times and extended holiday last year and they where able to extend a rental for me so no complaints at all , last year I booked through third party and there was a situation with the insurance so last 2 times I’ve gone direct and much easier

issues with the payment process

Service was great, the car is good but it's AC is only cooling down, unfortunately you can not fine tune. I had issues with paying with a credit card from Revolut, card machine was not accepting my card aldo I had more then 4k available funds of credit and no restrictions on it. When I paid with Google pay no problems but when I would use the physical card payment machine would should card not supported. If I knew that before booking it would be helpful and I might make different arrangements.
