i don't like, Nitroflare, policy, that some uploader can't upload theirs files at your platform., such as "splint" like uploader, coz, splint, upload the windows OS, up to date then others uploader.
so i can't download it.

I want to buy the premium account in Australia. Great service but extra fees is crazy. It advertised $35 for 90 days (plus 30 days) but what it really is $50 and some change. Just be honest

Nitroflare used to be awesome. I have been using them (premium account) for years but over the last several months I get a "no traffic" message literally every other day when I haven't downloaded anything.
Recently my satellite is went down due to a dish alignment problem and was offline for a week. When the repair man fixed it I logged on to pull down some downloads and instantly received "no traffic". When I contacted support last month about the problem they told me to purchase a premium account. I haven't heard from them at all this time. As I mentioned I've been running premium for years.
Their support doesn't even know what the hell is going on. As far as I can tell they just send it a pre-made form email without even looking at the problem. This is theft pure and simple. Find a different client or throw your money away. Nitroflare is the worst client you could possibly pay for.

Seems like Nitroflare Upload program is a scam now. Will wait a few more days for payment.

Pure rubbish

Paid 63 for the suscription for can download some series. I tried with that serie. Ok was not possible, may be something is missing. Try lots of series or films as test and absolutely nothing was possible to download.

I contacted the customer service and they say that if not works maybe was deleted the file. Ok. all??????

For that reason i solocited the refund and still fighting.

Defamation is when someone is lying about someone or something that isn't true. In my case i can proof that because i can proof my payment, i can proof the wrong item presented as proof in PayPal, i can proof that i can download absolutely nothing, and i can proof that very polite i sent you one email next day of purchase soliciting the cancellation and my refund for not have or use the service.

This company won't simply sell you premium access, but requires you to go through one of their super sketchy "resellers" these resellers demand extra fees in some cases more than the actual subscription, the least expensive I found was $156 for a $100 subscripting, extremely scummy outfit.

Free download speed is glacially slow, so I only use their premium service, about which I can say: Competitive, up-front pricing, excellent (premium) download speed, absolutely no hassle with payments over the course of 5-odd years of occasional, intermittent premium use. No irritating e-mail flyers clogging my inbox, no down server issues (that I can remember), no over-zealous, false-positing copyright filters... In short, no problems!

The machine blocks the account. I understand that the system can make mistakes - however, I wrote to support and received no response from them. I had the account paid for a year ($100) and I used it for 3 months after renewal - I used nitroflare's services for over 3 years and that's how they treat regular and loyal customers. Unfair blocking of the account and lack of contact after the blocking. I wrote many times and asked for an answer. Unsuccessfully.

EDIT after reply "customer service": Yes, yes, your system blocked me automaticly, like 1.5 years ago where I explain how I use account, and system do this again. I try to get help for you or any explain after these years, but you don't care about me. System block my account? Make a mistake? Oh, it's my problem, because you don't reply to any e-mail. The case has been reported to the right place, because you robbed me of $100 at this moment.

I've been a subscriber to Nitroflare for 10 years and they have always been trustworthy with helpful customer service.

I can't complain - everything works perfectly. Only the download speed is a little too slow for my fiber optic connection. That could be better.
