It is very fast. I use it for a few years. I have had never any problem with Nitroflare.
One thing I donot understand, if I pay with credit card I have to pay a fee. Why is that?

It is fast in uploading and downloading files. It works as if it were a hard disk in my computer.

Nitroflare is THE most reliable and stable source for file hosting and downloads. I use this service since a couple of years.
Premium can be paid conveniently using conventional means but the payment provider do charge. However one has the option to pay directly using crypto thus saving a lot and the unlock comes within minutes.
Downloads are fast and mostly stable. It does rarely happen that connectivity gets lost. I'm not sure whether this really is about the servers or perhaps your network provider hiding behind the fair use policy in order to cut off the contractual granted bandwidth. Anyway a once cut download can be resumed without cut or loss easy within your daily limit. I cannot check a 4.5 stars which I would give. So I checked for 4 stars based on the fact that I myself pick reading reviews coming up with some critics first. ;)
