Please don’t purchase from Nirbani. She is completely fraudulent and very unprofessional. She even edited my email ID. When I asked about my parcel, she abused me. Look how smartly she replied under reviews and called them fake. We are genuine customers who have faced this fraud. I have taken legal action, and I request everyone to file a complaint against her.

This brand is fraud. I got my parcel after 9 months and that too after repeated mailing and phon calls. When I got the parcel the bottom part was missing and the suit don’t look like the one shown in the picture. Don’t ever buy from this site.

Hey Nirbaani, I got my parcel today and before the festival. Thank you for this beautiful suit. I like the fabric quality and and even fitting and finishing as well.

Frauds. They don't deliver order for months and keep money even when they cancel order from their side.

These people might not have a caliber to find a decent job hence to survive they take away our hard earned money.
I give it to them as charity honestly. But such blood money will not go for long. Hope they fall in their own pit soon.

My experience is the same like everyone. Its a huge nexus they are running. they gaslight you into believing you are wrong. Wish they utilised their cleverness to do legit work. Its sad.
Ps- any good review for them is either paid, bot or their own people commenting to save themselves. Wont go a long way.

They are insulting; it's been more than three months, and I haven't received my order. When I call and text them for the order status, they won't even reply.
Today they texted me very rude things and don't even know how to behave with customers.Very, very poor quality and experience.

I wish I could rate it in negative infact… completely a fraud website.Place my order on 27th March order number 68789, still undelivered. Three time they confirmed me for dispatch and once shared a fake dispatch schedule also. Have stopped responding to messages as well. Their website also shows a maximum delivery time of90 days.. t they are rude, unprofessional , fake and a bunch of crooks.. highly non recommended.. they shared fake dispatch details..with transaction number 106330 dated 23 May, all fake…

All fake confirmation there is no gated society and there is no guard…

Fraud website. I have placed my order in Feb till date haven't got my order. I regret reading these reviews so late. Please don't buy from them.

It is fake site,kindly don’t order,first they say your order is picked but still there is no update ,the customer support has blocked me from number and not piking up calls from whtsapp,I ordered on 16th march and today is 16th june,its been 3months with no update and no solution,pathetic site and support,fraudsters at their best!!!

This is a fraud site. After a month of fighting, cursing them I got a very poor quality kurta not even worth Rs 500! After paying Rs 3850! They claimed on the website that the kurta is of chanderi cotton but what I got was a cheap very poor cotton quality kurta which is two sizes smaller than what I asked for.
Please beware . Do not get scammed by this site

I wish i had read these comments sooner. Twice bitten now. Once I placed an order 2 years back and haven’t seen it till date. Decided to give the brand another chance and ordered on 26th Feb this year and same result. Follow up after follow up, no response on WA or calls but 1 liner emails are being sent stating the order will be dispatched soon but nothing still. I’m shocked how such a fraud could be allowed to exist online. Please don’t order from here.

Avoid Shopping from Nirbani – Extremely Poor Customer Support

Had a terrible experience with Nirbani. Their customer support is completely unhelpful and unprofessional. They don’t know how to communicate and offer no real solutions. If you’re thinking of buying from them, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
Writing review soon because day by day customer support is getting worse. Attaching the screenshots as well.

I would like to give them negative rating
I first placed an order in August 2024. They cancelled it. In October 2024 they asked me to buy something else.. it’s may 2025 and i have still not received my package
No response on phone, e mail or what’s app. I paid close
To 8000 rs

Solution still i hv not find@ team Nirbani .wen i asked fr sending their address again fr return( as my first courier came bck / returned due to wrong address they hv provided )they jst vanished again as usual . who denied that order has not been
delivered .these so called literate ppl
(as they taunt on customer ) Said we will try pick up but wen didnt mention as they themselve close the chat even after multiple calls .
Even though i hv told that i will bear courier charges twice .
They donot hv a clear problem solving approach .the way they deal wd clients is totally pathetic .
Even this platform s full of their negative feedback so hw cm one c trust them : jst by replying by making lame statements ?

Highly unprofessional, rude , money minded ppl who just gulp ur money n vanish out .Dont know how they will digest customers' hard earned money .they dont schdeule picks ups fr returns as they tell .Wen we plan ourselves to returrn the order their address not found .never pick up phs , reply .Block ur no. too .lack of client dealing ettiquettes .probably liars n fraudsters are running the business.

I had a terrible experience with Nirbani India after placing an order on 13 Dec 2024, which remains undelivered over 4 months later. Despite repeated follow-ups, they failed to share tracking details and dodged all timelines. Their vague shipping policy doesn't justify the delay or no delivery and they misleadingly copy government consumer helplines (NCH) in emails without offering real support. I've filed a formal complaint with NCH and they have managed to lie in the response to the government as well (since product is still undelivered as of today). I strongly advise others to avoid this brand due to their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.
PS - i am a first time customer with Nirbani and never had such a terrible experience with any e-commerce player or retailer. They are one of a kind who are not scared of any bad reviews, negative consequences of lying on public forum or government forums.

I have still not received my order, it was placed on March 16.

Entire time they kept on saying next week, and now they don't have put my parcel on hold, no reply at all.

Neither they have given me refund nor the parcel
