I had a very disappointing experience with Ninzahost. Their customer support is extremely poor. They tell you to “create a ticket,” but after submitting the ticket, they never even respond. It feels like they completely ignore their customers.
They also advertise a refund policy, but after I made the payment, they suddenly said there is no refund, which is very unprofessional and misleading. I expected transparency and support, but I received neither.
Overall, I do not recommend Ninzahost based on my experience. Their service and customer support need serious improvement.
