I sent my Joy-Con left to them on the 22/9/20 and according to An Post it was received 24/9/20. It is now 5/12/20 and I have not got any update. I have had countless live chats with them and got no satisfaction EDIT: 13 February we received a new one, I checked the serial number and it is different, it works perfect and my warranty was extended by 12 months
Still waiting from the service centre to look at my left joy con even though they received it on the 15th may!
