I should give it a zero because the food processor never arrived. They use a completely inadequate shipping service: the courier lost the package—it was probably shipped in its box so it would be clearly visible, thanks a lot... and I, who had paid for it, am left with nothing but bitterness and the loss of my money. Customer service doesn’t even respond to PayPal messages. A full-blown organized scam. Ugh, I’ll have to take legal action, which will cost me even more money.
P.S. Update: After two days of emails, phone calls, and “visits” to the courier, the package turned up and I finally got what I paid for. However, the negative review stands because you did nothing to verify or resolve the issue; I’m the one who wasted time, money, and patience... Only now that you see the review do you respond with a copy-paste form to chat with your useless and incompetent bot.
