Expensive coffee center
I purchased a coffee maker that was over $200 and the base wasn't working properly, it took 2 times to get a full pot of coffee so I called as I had a warranty! They wanted to sender a new bass charge me shipping and cut the cord prove that I cut the cod before they send the new base before they sent a new base! They told me it would be 7-10 days before the new base would come! So for7-10 days I would have to go buy coffee from a shop! Not convenient for me! Bad business practices for the money I spend for an expensive coffee center! I will not buy another Ninja brand ever!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ordered the product on 16 June and I'm still waiting for delivery. I called customer service a week later who said their 'tracking' logins were down and they couldn't locate the consignment. A few days later when I still hadn't had an update or received my order I got in touch with them again. They said they had processed a full refund. A few days after that, no refund and no product. I got in touch yet again. They claimed a delivery had been attempted but no one was home. I work from home and have an intercom at our front gate!!! We're now almost 3 weeks down the track and still nothing!!! Customer service over promise and under deliver. I now don't want the product at all and am demanding a refund. Customer complaint sent to Afterpay but they take a back seat. Next step - Office Of Fair Trading then QCAT!!!
Unsatisfied consumer
I purchased an expensive item of there’s and I didn’t open the box right away because it was an outdoor pizza oven, the item was sealed to perfection didn’t think anything would be wrong with it. When I opened it all the accessory pieces were missing. Reached out to costumer service made me jump through hoops sending receipts and sku numbers to only tell me to purchase them separately. I will never buy a ninja item again and I have brought so many throughout these years.
It’s a scam. Do not buy from Ninja
After signing up for the carbonation refill program, I order the refill box. The box was left in an unauthorized place in my apartment and was stolen. Ninja told me that they are not responsible for the product after it is shipped. As a result, once a product is shipped, the courier can do whatever they want with your product and Ninja will take zero responsibility. I will NEVER order another Ninja product and I will be sure to tell everyone I know that they shouldn’t either. Ninja you ought to be ashamed of yourself. Great products that aren’t worth the dismal customer service. It feels like a scam. they want you to buy the product, but you can only use it until the supplies run out, then you can never replace the supplies.
Terrible customer service
Do NOT use this company if you want any kind of customer service or reliable delivery. I ordered an airfryer as a birthday present for my wife, therefore reliable and timely delivery were high on my list. the Ninja website promised both. I placed my order and was subsequently promised a delivery window of two hours. I waited in the house at the appointed time and exactly 30 minutes in I received an email from the delivery company that they tried to deliver but couldn't - even though I was standing right by my front door! I tried contacting the delivery company but they failed to respond - so I went back to Ninja, as ultimately successful completion of my order is their responsibility. They engaged with me by email. I wrote the following:
'How will you compensate me for:
1. The distress and worry caused by the non-delivery of goods sold under the promise of free delivery to my home.
2. The fact that your delivery company (DPD) lied outright to me that they tried to deliver the package. At the time they claimed to have tried (16:55) I was actually standing right by my front door having a conversation with my wife. No delivery attempt was made and no delivery van even passed by (it's a small road). And the email stating that they had tried to deliver the package even arrived before that conversation had ended!
3. I have now had to take time out of my day to travel across town, which involved considerable walking, two bus journeys and two tram journeys - and all this on the return journey having to carry a large, unwieldy and heavy package.
I have tried to complain directly to DPD but they have completely ignored my attempts to contact them - a phone message and multiple emails. Therefore, as the company who subcontracts to them, you bear the brunt of responsibility.
Their response? This is copied and pasted from their email:
'it is not our fault that your package was not delivered to your address.'
Complete abrogation of responsibility - in other words 'we've got your money, so now we don't care.
Ninja kitchen products - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Visited in June
Paying shipping for their poor product
Needed a part but they replaced the whole coffee maker. Nice that they make you cut the cord on the old one and then charge you $25 shipping on the new one. Never buying ninja again
Awful customer service
Awful customer service - pending issue for weeks now and no answer at all. They keep passing me on to Robert Dyas and I am still without my refund. Item was delivered and works but the service in general is terrible.
I would give lower star if I could 0,5
I would give lower star if I could, I ordered something from them and some cheap clothes arrived instead. I imediately told them about the issue, I sent them 15 reminders about what investigation they did so at the end they told me I have to contact the company who delivered. I did that as well, the company told me the sender Ninja should start an investigation with them, I forward this e-mail from the courier company and they replied with still is not our bussines. We sent what we had to send further go to the courier company… Useless, I have no device, I payed for it and nobady solved the situation. Very dissappointed about the way the support handle these kind of situations and in the end I am goind to the police to fill a complaint. Unfortunately this is the only way..
If I could give a negative I would
If I could give a negative I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Spent 350 dollars on a slushie machine that can’t buy spare parts for. Was told the parts were out of stock and would be back in a couple months. But after a couple months was told then they had quit even making the part after I was sold a replacement that didn’t work. Plus the warranty is no good as well. Machine was only able to be used 1 time in the first month and 350$ down the drain. I wouldn’t buy another thing from them if they were the only ones making anything.
Ninja is a fraud
This company makes some of the worst products, Don't waste your money and time.
I don't understand why you hire staff…
This happens every DAMN time!!! I don't understand why you hire staff who know nothing about your products. Do you realise how frustrating it is after every question, she has to put me on hold for 5 minutes to find out the answer? Business owners like the ones at Ninja Australia often fail to adequately train their staff on their products, which is frustrating for customers. You have the
ZEROSTICK pans
I purchased a set of saucepans, ZEROSTICK, unfortunately the inner lining peeled off. I contacted Ninja customer services who were amazing. I would give them 10/10, outstanding service. They replaced the pans, fantastic and I will certainly use Ninja again
Cheap products made poorly
I bought a ninja auto IQ blender in 2023 with a warranty within a few months. It broke every few months they send me another one because they would break also now they’re telling me that I’ve received four replacements and I would have to purchase one if I want a replacement or a refund. Every blender they sent me shook, got hot the mini blenders for smoothies, the things on the side to clip into the machine with crack and break off. The actual blades take 2/ 3blend frozen fruit and vegetables. The food processor does not blend chicken down to blend it more like shred it so again you have to do it several times.

Purchased a ninja double oven and it stopped working after only a year and 3 months Ninja would not offer a replacement only offered me to buy a "new" double oven for $50 less than I originally paid and it would NOT include the accessories that it comes with. DO NOT buy from them!
2 x failed 15 in 1 units in 26 months
2 x failed 15 in 1 units in 26 months. The functions are great, but the first one failed after 15 months (just starting tripping out the electricity on the whole house). Then the replacement failed after 11 months (broken fan). They can't be easily taken apart for repairs. Don't buy one.
My Ninja CE250 delay brew button…
My Ninja CE250 delay brew button petered out on me in less than a year. Fast forward, Ninja said it needs a new $150 base (a complete new CE250 is only $70 retail). They said the base is covered under warranty, but shipping would be $23. Even after a video call proving the unit is defective, they insisted I cut the power cord close to the base. I told them I'm not going 7-10 days without a coffee maker, and said forget it. Last Ninja product I'll purchase....
Bought a $200+ ninja pressure cooker
Bought a $200+ ninja pressure cooker, stopped working completely after only 2 years of gentle use. Ninja refuse to repair since it's out of warranty, but they don't even offer replacement for this.
Horrible customer service solutions
The coffee maker I ordered did not work properly. I could only get a base replacement if I cut the cord. I received it in the wrong color (which doesn’t match the reservoir they wouldn’t replace) and literally was told there’s nothing they can do. So now I have a mismatched colored coffee maker.
The blender malfunctioned after the…
The blender malfunctioned after the first use, called ninja the base only was replaced.Upon first use with the replacement base, the same happened the blender power button blinks, that's it that's all.Called ninja once again only to be informed I would be responsible for the cost of shipping for an item that never worked from day one! Make it make sense!
