Not worth the money
Very quick delivery the hair dryer is super fast and really easy to use. I would say the attachments are too bulky awkward to hold and the curling wand does not work well it should wrap round your hair but it just blows away with lots of straggly bits of hair coming lose. The straightener is not the best better with your GHDs. The heated brush is the best attachment.

Transformer Power Trio
Purchased our 1st Shark vacuum over 5yrs ago, loved it, we did then start having issues, which Shark customer service has been fantastic. Due to our machine being out of warranty, they offered a slight discount towards the purchase of a new machine, which is again fantastic. We've been using it the last couple of days; we had the Transformer power trio, and can't fault it.

Problem with Carpet Cleaner
Measured initial response, identified what was required within 20 minutes, arranged delivery of replacement carpet cleaner, which arrived within 24 hours. No requirement to return the old one so avoiding hassle and cost. The most efficient service I have experienced over my many years. Absolutely recommended. John

Absolutely amazing customer service 🤩 contacted shark by email on Friday as problems with my 4 year old hoover and got a response more or less immediately, brand new replacement sent out on Sunday. Quality customer service would definitely recommend shark ☺️
