Outstanding Customer Service
My vacuum had developed a fault with the motor but was still under the extended 5 year warranty. From the very first contact I made with their Customer Service, I received complete understanding of my situation. Despite several emails between one another to resolve the problem, I always received a quick response. I was offered a completely new replacement within 48 hours which I gratefully accepted and received the following day. I feel this level of Customer Service has to be commended in every way and is of the highest standard from beginning to end. Well done SharkNinja UK!

I love their products and better still their customer service. The warranty is amazing and they helped me with 2 new parts. My shark stick hoover is working like brand new again!

A Very Happy Customer
Very quick response to initial query only asking for straightforward and sensible information and photographs to confirm the problem. Was very pleasantly surprised at extremely quick reply and very happy to be told that the Soupmaker Lid and Jug were to be replaced without cost. Can’t tell you how pleased I was with that and the polite and hassle few way my problem was dealt with. A huge thank you!

Shark auto empty pet vacuum .
Saw this advertised many times on FB liked the auto empty feature , I took my time in deciding whether I wanted one , got a 10% off code so yes I purchased the pet one . Too early to really comment on how it’s working , just to say I gave it a quick spin and the amount of dog hair it picked up was amazing , so I’m very pleased at the moment .👍
