This website managed to set up a continuous payment from my bank account without my knowledge and over a three month period withdrew £183!!!!
I am not been happy with how they dealt with my request for a refund saying that "I" had opened up said account. They were able to convince the bank that it was I who set-up the account. I no longer have that account as it was compromised after too.
I received no emails from them at any time and I have no idea what I have supposedly purchased except it was a subscription!!!!
I am a 70 year old pensioner and I cannot afford to loss money like this.
This website somehow managed to set up a continuous payment from my bank account without my knowledge. Have not been happy with how they dealt with my request for a refund.
