Following your report, we conducted a thorough investigation. Royal Mail’s tracking and GPS data confirm that your parcel was successfully delivered at 11:00 AM. We understand your frustration, but as a business, we must rely on the carrier's verified delivery data. We reviewed the documentation you provided as proof, but noted a discrepancy: the shopping bill you submitted was timestamped at 4:57 PM, which does not align with the confirmed 11:00 AM delivery.
We have already raised a formal claim with Royal Mail regarding this shipment and are currently awaiting their decision. If their investigation determines that the parcel was lost or misdelivered, we will absolutely resend your order. If they confirm the delivery was successful, we will be unable to offer a replacement.
We have assisted you with previous requests regarding faulty kits, even when proof was limited, because we prioritize our customers.
