No quality control

Very disappointed. Firstly I ordered a week or so before Black Friday so missed the huge discounts. I wouldn’t have minded but I received the ring on 20th November with a broken stone. Communication was slow and only today (22nd Dec) I received the repaired ring and it too has a broken stone. What was going to be a Christmas present is now an expensive white elephant. Will now return the ring again but have little hope of getting this resolved anytime soon.

Very Poor Customer Service

Disappointed by Customer Service Despite Beautiful Product
I placed an order with NineTwoFive and received it on 03.10.2025. While the bracelet itself is absolutely beautiful and well-crafted, I was disappointed to find that other items included in my original order were missing.
I contacted customer service on the same day, expecting a prompt response as advertised on their website (24-hour support). However, I didn’t hear back until 05.10.2025, when a representative named Justin finally replied. He asked for photos of what I received, which I promptly sent — but since then, I’ve had no further communication or resolution.
This experience has left me frustrated and unsure of what to do next. The lack of follow-up and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a brand that positions itself as premium. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered, and I sincerely hope NineTwoFive improves their support processes.
Until then, I would advise others to proceed with caution when ordering from this company.

Never recieved the bag

I ordered a Chloé Paddington bag in july for about 200£ but they never sent it. Tried to contact them on their contact page on the website but they never replied so I contacted them on Instagram. There they said that they would refund me but never did.
