Minor inaccuracy and limited communication

Their accuracy and human communication could’ve been better.

Although, I eventually received my package within 16 days of ordering it (thank you).

I believe it came from abroad, which was concerning me at the time. Since I thought they were fully based in UK.

Also, both the automated text message & emails said that the courier / tracking number would be from DHL eCommerce.

However, I couldn’t search for it via the DHL website.

I had to use another free online parcel search engine named (Parcels App) to see if this was genuine or not.

The info then revealed that it was a different delivery company that was shipping my order.

Overall, the quality of the item (men’s belt) is fine.

They are probably scam

They are probably scam. They pretend to be in the UK. I emailed them to cancel the order as it was very late to dispatch, and I found the same item with 1/7 of the price they offered, delivered the following day. They ignored my email and ignored another email. 2 weeks later they sent a message that the item was dispatched. I tried to call them, but the answering machine says that all are busy and cut me off.

Mostly Great

Apart from having a rubbish glitchy website everything else went reasonably fine. Found the item I wanted through a Google search and went through the checking out process. Received confirmation of order, packing and shipping via email and text messages through whole process. Was sent a tracking number that didn't show up anywhere. I had concerns and after reading several terrible reviews I'd resigned myself to being scammed. I had returned to to the website and nothing seemed to work properly, section's were incomplete and pages wouldn't load.
I ordered on Nov 2nd and low and behold my order turned up on Nov 16th.
The order was for a leather ranger style belt. Even tho it was £15 - £20 on the expensive side it's great quality and exactly what I struggled to find anywhere else.
Overall I am extremely happy that this turned out positively.

Reporting to Trading Standards

Reporting to Trading Standards. Advertise a 10-days return policy but then attempt to negotiate a partial refund payment. Will not be around for long with these practices.

Overpriced scam marking up from MSRP

This is an absurd website with absurdly overpriced merchandise, which they then “discount” 30% to a number that somehow still manages to be overpriced. It’s almost impressive how bold they are in scamming customers they seemingly assume won’t bother to check prices elsewhere.

For example, they sell a Hamilton Khaki Field Automatic watch for £972 (“discounted” 39% to £589)… even though it’s available direct from the manufacturer for £462. This is true of virtually all of their watches and I assume all other luxury goods. I can only imagine they keep no inventory of their own, and simply wait for someone to order before ordering it themselves from the manufacturer and passing it along for a quick £120 flip.

No product received and impossible to contact

Order got sent to completely wrong address and I wasn't able to contact them at all, all emails bounced and no reply from the website contact form. Eventually I left a review here and they contacted me straight away. email came from ninestreet-uk[at]headrush.zohodesk.com
so that might work if you're looking to contact them about an order seeing as the one on the website didn't work. They have now sent out a new item and asked me to amend my review to reflect that. Also, it is not a UK based company despite the web address having 'UK' in it.

I ordered some sunglasses from this…

I ordered some sunglasses from this company and paid through PayPal. Nothing has ever shown up, I've emailed countless times. Their phone number auto-answers and after a while tells you that they have "an unusually high volume of calls" and cuts you off. Really avoid. Probably a scam, but if a real business - terrible management.
