Process of purchase very good
I think that the whole process was too long from the purchase to the delivery. But, I liked very much how the problem of delivery was solved.
I received an e-mail asking me ir I was satified with my purchase, after I informed that I didn’t receive anything. The solution was to re-send the purchase again with a tracker number, só I was able to follow útil my home.

I wanted to order hibiscus flower, but as I am an old man, I mistaken and order roses flowers....I sent immediately a message to ninelife and then, the man in charge in Mumbai took care immediately to cancel my order and he sent me also a voucher to order my hibiscus flower....it is rare that a seller responded so quickly and so efficiently....thank you very much.
No return & refund for a damaged product received
I have placed an order with Ninelife that i received completely destroyed and after sending the management visuals and proof of product damage, they still resisted and insisted on denying product return and refund. After numerous emails, the higher management agreed to resend the same product again which will take another 3 weeks to receive. an absolute joke, lack of transparency and false 14 days return promise on website. Avoid whenever possible and i personally will never ever conduct any business with them and i wish the management all the luck with such poor skills and decision making.
