World Tour Delivery

I always try to shop environment friendly, so Im a bit surprised to find out that the product I bought has an origin in Thailand and Nine Life is based in BKK .. but .. the product has made a "detour" to USA before delivery to me here in Thailand.. !!

Scheme

The company which is incharge of deleavering supermarket assortment to your home, by piking it up by limousine obviously, with private driver. Other ways there is no explanation how bottle of mustard solled in Aldi for 9 franks on their online shop costs 51 CHF.... "Maille Olda Style" you can check on your own.

I’ve ordered products that only available in the US

I’ve ordered products that only available in the US and received them a month after ordering. The packaging somewhat not good enough but I guess it’s from the seller (not NineLife). I hope next time order will be better so the product will be received in a perfect condition.
Overall I’m satisfied ordering from NineLife and hope there’ll be much more variety of products offered on its website. Customer support responded in a timely manner and gave good solution/answer to customer queries.

Short expiry of product

Customer service kept me informed when my order was shipped. However it was not clear to me when I placed my order that it must be shipped from US. It was also not clear if then I would be subject to Swiss Customs charges.
All worked well in the end, but I find it odd that a distributor does not keep some stock on hand.
The product I received is also expiring in 3 months- so I will need to do a lot of self testing before the test strips expire.

Positive one

VAT-administration was flowless, and without any suspicious scam. Delivery was on the point, not included any stiff company, parcel was just left at the local post office (this is a top green-flag).

Will probably renew the order in the future.
