Panthera Gloves for 10 X normal retail price!!
I recently bought Panthera gloves, thinking I was buying a carton of gloves. The gloves are priced at $141, which Ninelife site indicates is a reduction from $236. This pricing structure suggests that this is the cost for a carton of gloves, rather than a single box. This ambiguity is deceptive and misleads customers into believing they are getting a bulk purchase at a discount when, in reality, they are only purchasing one box. The normal price for a box of these gloves is $16. Terrible rip off.

Failed to Deliver and Added Insult with Only a 10% Refund Offer
I wish I could share a positive experience, but my dealings with NineLife - Australia (definitely not in Australia) have been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. I placed a good sized order for Iwi Life Omega-3 Sport, in November, yet despite multiple follow-ups and numerous emails, the company has failed to deliver the goods.
I tried to be patient and gave them ample opportunities to resolve the issue, but my patience eventually ran out. Their responses lacked transparency—just a series of excuses and empty promises. To make matters worse, when I finally requested a refund due to their inability to fulfill my order, they only offered a partial refund of 10% or a discount voucher for future purchases. Neither option is acceptable, considering they failed to provide the products I paid for.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I really don’t understand how a business can operate like this—with no accountability, no transparency, and no respect for their customers.
I’m sharing this to warn others: think twice before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, they do not honour their commitments and provide a deeply unprofessional level of service.

Do not order perishable items
I ordered salted herring (Order NL#P054201155) expecting them to be sent in a manner suitable for perishable products to Cairns from Sydney (Express post or courier). The order finally left the warehouse in CALIFORNIA!? on December 20 2024 (4 days after I placed the order) and to this day (Jan 3 2025) the order has not arrived. That means it has been under way for 15 days! I can only imagine what state my salted fish will arrive in! So far, there has been no response to my emails or texts to the Australian contact details. I made the effort to chat with the company about the possible problem shipping fish to my location before placing my order, but was told it was no problem. (I have the transcript in my e-mail)
This order was $240, I now expect the money to be lost. Had I known the Australian contact details are false, I would not have made my order.

Scam website
Scam website, selling products they don't have in stock. They try to offer an inferior replacement, when you don't accept and ask for a refund instead they advise they can only offer 25% of the value refund as a voucher to be used on their website. Had to contact the bank to dispute the charges.
Website says it's in Australia, they email from a UK email address and on checking the website properly their office is in Mumbai.

I have a hard time receiving my order
I have a hard time receiving my order. The DHL did not give me instruction where to pick up my order and it takes more than 24hours to confirm in the dhl paket station. Theres also additional cost for tax.

I placed an order with them a month ago…
I placed an order with them a month ago for a product they supposedly had in stock. It took them almost 2 weeks to ‘process’ the order. It’s now 2 weeks later, and in response to my requests for a delivery date they keep telling me every day, that they’re investigating and will reply in 24 hours. They’ve told me this 3 times now without giving me a date. Their signature says ‘We Care’. If this is care, I’d hate to see what lack of care looks like.
Eventually they informed me the package had been lost in transit; They offered to return my money which they promptly did.
