Worst experience ever. It was during covid when all the trucks where held up in the UK. My package wouldn’t arrive and they kept telling me to wait because of the trucks. Eventually after a couple months back and forth they told me it was too late now and they couldn’t refund us… what a shitty thing to do to a customer.
