We ordered a shoe cabinet but cancelled as the order was delayed for four months and we were on holidays when the delivery date was finally announced. Nimara, with their AI agent, confirmed the cancellation, the refund and wrote "that there is nothing else to do". However, while we were on holidays, the shoe cabinet was delivered anyways and we were informed by GLS to pick it up. As we still wanted the shoe cabinet we had already placed a new order, assuming the old one was cancelled. So we ended up with two shoe cabinets as Nimara was unwilling to be cooperative and a return would have cost us even more time to deal with them and with the customer care we weren't sure if we would have even been properly refunded (including delivery cost). Interactions with their customer service was either through their AI agent, which is quite limited in capability, or equally incompetent human agents.

It was not clear if the item is on stock while placing the order, leading to more than 2 months lead time. A 1.5 months late delivery schedule was mentioned only on the order confirmation and the item was delivered 3 weeks further delayed.

But the item is of good quality and well packed once delivered. It is pre- assembled too.

The product image and description on the site said that it can be wall mounted, but the instructions that came with the produt clearly mentions not to mount it on the wall, but place it on the floor. We wanted to wall mount it.

Great products for a fear price !

I have ordered two times from Nimara and both times there were mistakes and failed products.
The last product though had two failures and they are not replacing it but offering 20% discount - which is outrageous considering that it is not safe to use.

Bought a dinning table from their outlet with a great price.

Not only that, but when I got to the warehouse to pick it up and it didn't fit into the car, I was assured that Nimara would do their best to figure something out and hopefully find a way to have it shipped.
Hapilly I was already planning on putting another order for additional furniture and with a little bit of luck the table top will be shipped with the new order.

Nevertheless, I appreciated Nimara support and understanding, and I'm sure that I'll keep doing business with them.

First order didn’t come through and the second one has been on its way for almost more than 2 weeks. Very unprofessional I think that they are scammers. Watch out.

Update: I received a WhatsApp saying that the order never left the warehouse.

Company didnt send me a SMS 30 minutes before delivery, but the product was leaving in the kiosko with my name.

Very nice sofa at reasonable price, product is matching the description and photos, delivery process is also smooth.

We returned the chairs we ordered in February, which Nimara had registered but they did not register to pay us back. In May, we luckily discovered that we had not gotten the money back, and called them to get the refund, which we finally got. We got help quickly then, but we are not satisfied with how this was managed. I recommend others to keep track of this to ensure you get your money back, and recommend that Nimara establish a process to ensure that they pay back the money for all returns.

We knew we were buying a budget-friendly sofa, so our expectations were reasonable — but unfortunately, the quality was far worse than expected. The sofa feels fragile, poorly made, and not built to last.

The overall experience has been very disappointing. First, the sofa was not delivered on time. We had to postpone the delivery due to our Easter vacation — which we had clearly communicated — and even then, it took almost three weeks after purchase before the sofa finally arrived.

When it did arrive, it was broken.

It then took another 2–3 weeks to receive a refund, which made the process even more frustrating. On top of that, the customer service was extremely slow and unhelpful. We often had to follow up ourselves just to get any kind of answer.

Because of these long delays, the company’s 14-day return policy expired, and we are now stuck with a poorly made sofa.

Overall, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience, and we cannot recommend buying from this company.
