Order #BE6862 that company don't even bother answering emails. When I was order wardrobe on page they say it will deliver from 5 to 9 work days. It is already almost three weeks and in reply I got only a message from a chat box with no information about package. There is not even a chance to talk with human. Atm I think this company is a big scam for sure I will never order anything again from them.

I placed my order more than two weeks ago. My package is still showing as “being prepared.” I keep sending emails but only receive automated AI responses with no real help. Even their phone number doesn’t work.

Could you please contact me directly?

I have asked for an official invoices for twee weeks now. Bad communication. Will not buy any more from them.

The estimated delivery time was correct. The track and trace did not work optimally, but eventually I got a message saying that my table was being delivered.
The table arrived in perfect condition. It is quite heavy package to move. Make sure that you have at least 2 strong people if you're going to move it with the stairs. Setting up the table was toolless and only took 10 minutes. But it was handy that I had te same size wrench at home, just to have something easier to hold. They even supplied felt pads for the feet of the table so our hardwood floors don't get scratched. Table is quite strong, even fully extended. Extending the table is also childsplay and the extensions are stored easily and lightweight.

I made a mistake in the order so i sent an email to fix it. Received a reply so fast and the problem was solved quickly.
The delivery was a bit late but coming from Denmark... well... it makes sense
the product arrived in a good shape and they are nice and comfortable

Hello. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service. I have repeatedly sent emails asking that they not send an invoice for my order, but I have not received a response. I am very concerned about ordering a chest of drawers; the quality is not good.

Aucun service client. Retards, aucune communication. Aucune réponse.

Very dissatisfied with the product. The chest of drawers has very thin walls, it is falling apart before your eyes, the nails do not hold well, the drawers do not move well, for such a price the quality is very poor.

We received a delivery that did not meet our expectations and subsequently initiated a return request. Legally, they are obligated to accept returns within 14 days. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a direct human response, and the automated replies we have received are not pertinent to our specific issue. Additionally, the provided phone number is non-functional. Despite sending twenty emails, we have either received no response or a generic offer for a 10% discount, which does not resolve our primary concern. We require a refund of 700 euros. It is difficult to provide a positive review for a company demonstrating such operational shortcomings.

Really happy with this purchase. Assembly was straightforward - everything came clearly labeled with easy-to-follow instructions. Took minimal effort to put together.
The build quality is solid for the price point. It feels sturdy enough for daily use but stays lightweight, which made positioning it in my space much easier. The height adjustment works smoothly.
For €75, this is excellent value. Would recommend if you’re looking for a functional adjustable desk without breaking the bank.
Additionally, this is not the only Nimara product I bought recently and satisfied with!

The delivery took a very long time, and contacting a real person is impossible, it seems. There were only AI bots and email responses coming back, which did not give confidence in the waiting time. Received the item on December 22nd after ordering it on November 30th.

I ordered the chairs from NimaraDK, and I am very happy with my experience. The chairs are very, very good quality for the price—honestly better than I expected. They are beautiful, comfortable, and look amazing in my home.

The company has been very correct and professional. I received all the emails and was well informed during the whole process. At the beginning, I was a little scared because of some reviews I had read, but I want to say to others that every experience is different, and mine has been wonderful.
