KEEP AWAY! Another scam brand. Have sent about 4 emails trying to return the product and have had no response.

Ordered a wallet with an air tag. Received a cheap drop shipped wallet from China with no air tag. I paid $42+ for an item I literally could have ordered the same exact thing from China of a website I found in 3 mins for less than $3. The wait would have been the same. I waited 3.5 weeks for my delivery. Lesson learned…

Item is not leather. Item not as advertised. Seller refuses to respond to emails requesting refund. Any site that claims to offer refunds and never responds should be blacklisted from the internet. BUYER BEWARE. HUGE SCAM.

Poor quality product. The real problem starts when you want to make a return. They do not respond at all. They only respond to your credit card company when you dispute the charges. Check out the BBB for more information on their F rating and how this company is being investigated for the amount of inquiries received and how some customers never receive their items and how no response is received regarding returns. Also, no phone number to call. Sorely disappointed, but was able to get my refund from my bank.

Bought a wallet that holds an Apple iTag. Within 4 weeks the casing holding the Tad broke. I contacted the company as this product comes with a "Lifetime" warranty. Despite numerous follow-up communications I have not heard back from them. Obviously a scam company with a rubbish attitude. Never deal with this company again and will tell all who will listen also not to deal with them.

Bought a wallet looking to return it because the credit card doesn’t fit in the compartment where it supposed to fit. Send several emails to return the product still waiting for a response it’s a scam be aware and stay away

They deserve a zero. They changed for one product but sent another. They did not respond to our request for correct product. We then asked for refund but they didn’t respond to that request. When our bank investigated our complaint, Nimalist lied and said we were the ones who didn’t respond to their offer to refund us. Beware!!

I placed an order with Nimalist.com immediately after plating the order I contacted them by email requesting to cancel my order. I then sent several emails to two email address requesting to cancel my order. I never got a response and noticed that a week and a half later they shipped my order to me. Do not buy from these people they are unethical and have horrible business practices and customer service.

Similar to all the other posts about Nimalist. Ordered Air Tag wallet, when it arrived design and quality were terrible. Emailed them 3 times over a two week period for a returns policy and heard nothing back. Should have read trust pilot before buying.

Fraud. Just don't do it, There "carbon key chains" are plastic garbage.

Product Review: GARBAGE. There are better brands out there with better quality wallets. First the material, it feels like they picked the worse looking and feeling leather or fake leather out there. Once you feel it, it's like the company said, "hey let's pick the cow with skin cancer, and then let us use its skin to make our wallet." Second, the wallet is loose and won't keep any of the cards in. The flap does not even have a magnet to keep the wallet closed.

Company Review: PHARMA BRO LIKE LEADERSHIP. Horrible customer service, I e-mailed them two different company e-mails. They did not even respond, so when I went to my credit card company to dispute the charges, guess what they did.... ding ding ding, they responded saying I didn't take the proper procedures. This company's customer service and leadership deserves the worst karma for treating customers like like garbage.

Just received my wallet and the apple AirTag keeps falling out. Sent them two emails to their warranty dept. with attached pictures, as per their web site instructions, and there has been no response.
So I guess I am another victim.
My cc company said to sent it back to them.
and file a case.

Over priced junk. Scam do not buy from this company

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUCK... NO Reply nor respond. Ordered in Jan 2022.. As of today 10 Mar 2022 still have not received the order. Email not been answered.. Did the chargeback to my credit card

I couldn’t return my order.
I sent 3 emails and NO RETURN.
No phone, no return emails.

Upon finally receiving my order and opening the package. Immediately I could see the cheapness of the materials they use in making their products. So I sent an email requesting a refund. After sending 3 emails over a 5 day period, I've receive no response. Then in a search I found that I'm not the only one who's experienced this. From now on I will research a company before making a purchase. AVOID NIMALIST!!

Almost two months from order to delivery. Turns out you are buying from Liu Tong off the Ali Express Platform from China. They send the products via International mail to UCL / UBI Logistics in Sydney who then send it out as a Domestic parcel with Auspost. Order placed 8 Jan, first physical scan of the parcel 25 Feb.....so traceability is dark for that full period. I couldn't find a reference to this being a Chinese supplier. In their FAQ section they promise 2-3 days processing and shipping. They reference US Postal Service in a way that would infer they are shipping out of the US but this is for convenience and their argument is its if they are sending into the US. Again they claim 7-14 Days average shipping from various fulfillment centres near to your location. I queried the consignment twice and was just told to wait longer. The Tracking Number notification within 5 days is accurate but the tracking number for the International movement from China to their fulfillment centre is not traceable and is therefore of no value until the fulfillment centre dispatches it locally. You are never notified of the domestic tracking number. So the whole model is complicated, slow and not transparent. The item did arrive but by the time it did I was over it and had a strong feeling I had been scammed. Was actually surprised it did turn up.

Bought wallet. Dimensions not as advertised. Contacted customer service for a return via two email addresses daily for a week after initially waiting the posted 3-days for a reply. Never got a response. Contacted via Facebook page and was blocked. Worked with credit card to reverse charge. Wallet was not genuine carbon fiber. Was similar fake material to $10 wallets on Amazon but the $10 come faster and in better packaging. Site is a scam.

DO NOT BUY. I received my Airtag wallet a few days ago and it's utter garbage. Total junk. The Airtag slot was totally uneven and not secure at all. My Airtag came out of the slot even at the slightest touch. Absolute rubbish. I emailed them several times to initiate a return and refund. Haven't heard a peep. I'm finding out now that their MO is to take the money and run. Customer service is nonexistent. When I posted bad reviews on their FaceBook page, I was blocked and I can no longer leave reviews. Terrible people. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Review. Check reviews on BBB and Trustpilot. This company is a scam.
