The product is really nice which makes the other stuff such a shame. I ordered an iPhone 12 case but was sent an email it was an iPhone 16 and then sent an iPhone 16 case - I contacted them multiple times to change this beforehand but heard nothing. I returned the iPhone 16 case with tracking and ordered the right size. After two weeks I was given no notification they received the returned goods ( I tracked these with dhl and they had been returned properly) the company finally found this after the multiple emails and weeks of waiting and they said they sent my refund back to me but now it’s been like a month and still no money, no emails either, and when contacted online I’m just sent half arsed responses - unless you complain via instagram they won’t bother talking to you - sooo frustrating and unprofessional - personally not worth the effort and time
