My experience is about their outstanding customer service. I recently purchased new kitchen cabinet handles that arrived promptly and were beautiful. Unfortunately the screw was too long and was sticking out too much in the back of the cabinet so I had to return them. I contacted the company and they immediately emailed a return label. I went to my post office abd returned the handles and kept my postal receipt. After a few weeks I contacted Nillas about my refund and was told they never received my package. I sent them a screenshot if my postal receipt and after a few days I was contacted and told my package had been lost but that I could expect my refund in 1-2 days and sure enough the money was refunded. Their customer service is excellent, polite and professional. I strongly encourage people to work with companies like Nillas who really do care about their customers.
