Terrible purchase
I bought a pressure washer in 2020, a c 135 1-8. I've only used it once a year to clean a terrace, so 6 times in total. Now it's leaking oil from the bottom and no one wants to fix it. Terrible purchase.

Order came direct from Denmark (delayed)
I ordered my pressure washer direct from Nilfisk. My last one was made by them and lasted 15 years with great service. I didn’t realise my order was placed direct with Nilfisk in Denmark. I thought it was from stock in the uk. UPS were not the best and it was v fortunate that we were in when they delivered. Meaningless incessant tracking update emails but nothing to say it was being delivered on the day it was. The washer has arrived in god knows how many bits so I need to reserve an hour or so to assemble.

A brilliant power washer and superb customer service
A brilliant power washer (Premium 200) quite unlike any other I’ve tried or owned. Everything about it says quality - I love it!
Even better, I had one small problem (which was probably my fault), contacted customer service and a couple of hours later received a reply. Not only was my problem solved but a replacement part was in the post that day. Thank you very much Szymon for your absolutely first class service 😊.

I ordered this pressure washer on the 28th and was originally told it would arrive on the 8th, but the delivery process has already taken 11 days and there is still very poor communication and tracking information.
Honestly, if I had noticed the delivery times beforehand, I probably would not have placed the order. The product may be good, but the shipping speed and overall customer experience have been disappointing and far too slow.
Waiting this long for an order like this is frustrating, especially when customers are trying to plan work or business around the delivery date.
