My experience mirrors many of those below. Bought a couple things, received a confirmation email, and then nothing further. Followed up after about a month and heard nothing back. Followed up a few more times and still nothing. Eventually had to lodge a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Just disgraceful service across the board. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This dumb broad almost spends as much time posting to Instagram as she does scamming people. It's remarkable, really. Ordered something LAST year and never received it despite reaching out multiple times via email and social media correspondence. There's no excuse, seeing as she's constantly online. She simply doesn't care.

I ordered a couple items from her back in March and I never received them. I even wrote two emails with no response from her shop. I had to escalate my claim with PayPal to get my money back. She is a total scammer!

Bought an item in JANUARY, it is now June, and I STILL haven't heard anything from her despite contacting her on multiple platforms. All the dumb broad does is post more "drop dates" for products she doesn't even ship. Honestly, this is was WORST customer experience I've ever had. I followed her for so long I honestly can't believe she lies to people like this to scam them out of money. If you want people to send you money just ask, don't trick them into thinking their buying actual products.

Only ordered two fluffy clips and had to contact them multiple times for updates after a couple months passed. Ended up never getting contacted back (sent three separate emails over the weeks) and had to go through PayPal to get my money back and escalate it.
Can't imagine how mad I'd be if it had been more items and more money. Wouldn't recommend anyone purchase from here due to unreliable shipping, lack of communication at all, and generally just horrible customer service.

I ordered fluffy hairclips back in august 2020, and it took them a whole 7 months to ship my order. I received them today and they are really poorly made. The clips are barely holding in and they’re hot glued in a really messy, sloppy way all over the clip. As if they rushed to make them... It can be easily fixed by myself but for the price I paid, I shouldn’t have to do this... so yeah please beware !

I ordered the pink glitter playboy pasties on November 8, 2020. The order confirmation said it would be roughly 5 days before they were shipped, so I didn't expect anything more than that. 2 weeks go by, still no shipping confirmation. A whole month goes by, and on December 8th, I contacted them via their Instagram. I addressed my concerns and they told me not to worry, that it would be shipped out promptly. I waited another TWO months before saying anything because I had moved to a new address. I urged them to change the address on the shipping label since it hadn't been shipped yet, and they agreed to do so and said they would be shipping later that week. (This was in early February) I didn't get a shipping confirmation until the end of February, and they shipped it to my old address. I don't live there anymore so I never got my order. I'm very livid. I knew I was moving but I didn't anticipate them taking over 3 months to ship my order. Please save your money and never order from this store!!

they postet about two weeks ago on their instagram that they were packing orders, funny.

I decided to buy a few face masks from Nikkilipstick back in August. I knew shipping would take a bit because of Covid, but she said that orders with masks would be prioritized, so I figured I'd get them in early October at the very latest. Around the middle of October I got concerned, because my order hadn't even shipped. Every time I reached out to her via her support email, I got no response. Eventually, I contacted her on Instagram and she promised the order would ship that week. Two weeks passed, still nothing. I filed a dispute with Paypal, and she made the shipping label. Ten days after that, still nothing. I had to escalate the dispute to finally get word that my package had shipped. This was late november. If she had been taking a break from the store, I would have understood, but she was constantly on social media and was even releasing new products! She never apologized for the delay or offered any explanation for what was taking so long. I'm giving two stars because I did end up getting my products and the quality is pretty good (Though the masks didn't have a pocket for a filter, which is a little annoying since I payed nearly ten dollars for each mask), but until she improves her customer service I will not be making another purchase.

I spent about $200 CAD on a crop sweater/skirt set and my experience was incredibly disappointing.
I waited 7 weeks before contacting customer service to find out if my order was being shipped (the website says it can take up to 6 weeks), emailed them about 3-4 times with no answer. I finally put in a PayPal dispute and nearly filed it into a claim, but I emailed them first telling them I’d go forward with trying to get my money back if I didn’t hear from someone.
Out of nowhere, my order was shipped and finally delivered. The skirt fits a small like I ordered, but the sweater fits an XL, nowhere near my size. I still haven’t received any email from the business themselves. I guess my PayPal dispute made them do something but my order looked really poorly made and rushed. NOT worth $200 at all, more like $20 from Goodwill. Will definitely not order from them again.

My boyfriend give me a gift from here and i love it.

Been over 2 months since I ordered, nothing from them. Sent like 8 emails no reply.

delivered the item (a crop top) the first time i ordered. second time, i ordered a $60 sweatshirt and they totally failed to order. emailed them a total of six or seven times, then tweeted them so that it was public. they actually managed to tweet me back! lo and behold! they were snippy and told me to email them. i did so. they emailed back, asking for details. i emailed the details. they then proceeded to ignore me again. gaslighting brand, acting like i was the one being difficult for DARING to ask that they actually ship me the item i paid $60 for. ended up donating the crop top

It’s literally been over a month since I placed my order and still no package. I’ve sent about 5-6 emails and yet no reply not even a word of we’re my order mite be or anything. I bought a hoodie for Halloween an now it’s nearly Christmas which is ridiculous. And apparently they do not give refunds so what am I supposed to do if they no longer have the product but have not shipped me anything ?!
