Appalling 'Customer Service'

Whilst the jewellery is pretty nice from this company the 'customer service' is appalling! Should you need support with an order don't expect any help or resolution from either the CS team or from the owner herself. 4 emails & 2 telephone calls later over a period of several weeks & i am still out of pocket for a parcel that was 'delivered' but i never received. After originally showing concern & getting involved in my complaint, the owner, Nikki Gewirtz, turned rather accusatory asking me why i thought it was her responsibility to sort this out! I had to remind her of her responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which is very clear it is the RETAILERS responsibility for the goods until they are in the physical possession of the buyer. If the item goes missing (as mine did) the seller is in breach of contract and must offer a replacement or refund. I have been offered neither of these so i am taking this up with Trading Standards. Buy at your own risk!
