If I could give a 0 review I would! Fraudulent company!

If I could give a 0 review I would. I purchased 3 T shirts from the Nike website, but they didn’t fit, so I sent them back, but I received a refund for only 1, I contacted them on their online
chat where I was told they had problems scanning all the returns, the customer service agent escalated this to the returns department, I received an email 5 days later stating my refund request cannot be processed, I contacted the page again who told me to respond to the email, but when I tried to respond to the email, I received a message stating it was an unmonitored mailbox, so I phoned customer service, who then told me to contact the help page again, which I did, only to be told to email the unmonitored mailbox and that they do not have an email address for customer services. The service has been appalling for such a big company and they have stolen my money.
My next step is a charge back with the bank, so I can get my money back.
I will not be shopping at Nike again, also I have seen other people have had the same issue.

AVOID!!

Terrible

Ordered trainers costing almost £200 on the 8th December thinking this would be plenty of time for them to arrive for Christmas, no delivery updates, no tracking information, contacted customer support who said they would escalate this. The trainers are missing and now 11 days later they said they would issue a replacement in 3-5 days. Another two days have passed and still no delivery updates on the replacement, it’s now 6 days away from Christmas and I have no trainers for my son and I am £200 out of pocket. Terrible!!

Goods not received, no refund

Goods not received. Investigation not completed in the stated timeframe. No contact, no refund, no replacement. Have had to resort to a credit card chargeback.

Customer service very unhelpful.

very unfair

I bought £45 shorts online for my son's birthday. When I tried to return, I was told 30 day window had closed. I bought the shorts a month before his birthday because I can't afford to buy everything at once. The shorts were too small, still have tags on, never been worn. I ordered a larger pair, but Nike still wouldn't refund. They're penalising parents who need to budget. Not everyone can afford to splash out all at once. I won't shop with Nike again. I found customer services humiliating. I explained my finances and they still wouldn't refund.

Nike South Wharf - Can someone answer the phone?

Purchased a Nike Club Crew Swoosh in store at South Wharf Melbourne. After 2 washes it had lost it's shape. After much trying someone answered their phone and we sent the item back to them. Since then no response. Can't contact them as no one answers the phone and no email address. They don't acknowledge receipt even though I sent by courier and have proof of delivery. Spoke to their head office. Even more useless. Nike South Wharf are not to be trusted. Apparently you have to haggle in store which I will do the next time I am in Victoria. Poor product at a high price and absolutely no customer service.

Don't buy from Nike if you need to return

Nike systems for online purchases are rubbish. My order was delivered but the system said it hadnt been dispatched. So I had to wait for weeks (and calls) to arrange a return. Then the return didn't get logged on their systems and they expected me to prove that I had retuned the parcel - even when I gave them the UPS tracking number which had the return logged! Appalling - hours on the phone talking to staff who were not helpful. One even logged off when I asked for the contact details of the Nike Uk CEO - who obviously doesn't have any quality systems in place

Useless Nike

Useless. Purchased trainers online, sat at their factory awaiting pickup from DPD for 5 days. Spoke to rep there, and told that they have lost it so will refund me in the next 7-10 days. What a waste of time.

My worst shopping experience ever

My worst shopping experience ever. I was so excited at first. As a single dad of 4 children. I took advantage of the BlackFriday discount. I hadn’t bought myself new trainers in a few years! You know how it is. The kids come first. Well on the 28th November I order Nike Running legging one pair of Nike shorts, Tottenham away kit shorts. Nike T-shirt and Nike ADAPT Trainers. Nike Order number C00706599411. Nike decided to split the order. This is where the problem has begun! T-shirts arrived one day running leggings, short all arrive in different packages! However Nike states all your deliveries will be completed in a few day! The problem was I had tried the new clothes due to excitement and Nike stating my parcel is on its way. Two weeks pass! I call Nike to complain! I ask to speak to supervisor NOT available! I ask for a call Never received a call back either. I advised Nike the courier had made any delivery attempts and that they are in the process of stealing my parcel! I asked them what are they going to do about it? I said I don’t want a refund as I would need to return the whole order as I didn’t plan to wear the outfit without my trainers and yes i had pulled the price labels off. I was in the house for days waiting. No failed delivery attempts cards where left By Hermes!! They had been updating the the tracking system claiming delivery attempts! I was home each time!! I called Nike every day asking them to help to no avail! All they would say is that I’m sorry!! This is frustrating… I want Nike to send me my trainers from USA or another pair of Trainers costing 235 pounds like the latest Nike Vapour flyknit. This episode has cost me a lot! As I have two rents to pay as I didn’t want to miss my delivery
