I ordered a jacket from Nike online, exchanged it for a smaller size once it arrived but when the exchange arrived the jacket had clearly been already worn. It smelled extremely strongly of cheap aftershave, some of the tags had been removed and to top it off there was a ketchup packet in the pocket. Nike are clearly passing off used clothing as new, illegal under EU law. Customer service were useless and didn’t seem to care at all, offering €20 ‘compensation’ if I wanted to keep the jacket. Extremely disappointing.

Bought a pair of these runners the back of the runner snapped and burst the material creating a rip when putting my foot in the shoe. Only had them a few weeks. This has happened also to other Nike runners i've purchased in the past few years. Maybe it's down to the sustainable materials but overall the quality of Nike has depleted the past few years. I wouldn't buy these runners. I've had others similar Nike runners from years ago last much longer.
Ongoing issue with faulty product
I recently returned a pair of faulty runners, and the process has been unnecessarily frustrating. My first two calls with customer service lasted over 1.5 hours, during which I was instructed to send the shoes back. After inspection, they confirmed the fault and offered a gift card refund.
However, since then, I’ve encountered repeated issues with receiving the refund email. Initially, there seemed to be a problem sending it to my Hotmail address, so I provided a Gmail address instead. Despite this, your team has been unable to successfully forward the email. After calling two days in a row, I was told it might take "a few more days" to resolve this simple task.
At this point, it’s hard to understand why forwarding an email is so complicated—perhaps your team could use some assistance, even from AI, if this is the level of difficulty involved.

My issue began in September 2024 with a pair of Nike Air Max shoes that I purchased in April 2024 from another store. Despite normal daily use—primarily walking—the shoes developed a tear on the top part. I contacted Nike about the defect, and they requested I send the shoes back to them, which I did in September 2024.
Since then, I have not received a refund or a resolution. I’ve reached out to Nike countless times. During my last interaction, I was told via email that I would receive a gift card within 24 hours. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received anything.
This experience has completely shattered my trust in Nike. Most of my shoes are Nike, and I’ve been a loyal Nike member since 2009. However, after this ordeal, I will do my best to avoid their products in the future.

I cant get any info on my issue, no names are given when requested, no ticket number and no followup email. Its a disaster. Frustrating Experience with Nike’s Customer Support
I’ve had a terrible experience with Nike’s customer service, both in-store and online, regarding a defective product return.
I purchased a pair of Nike shoes in April 2024 and began using them in December 2024. After only a few jogs, the shoes started wearing out on the side, and the damage has only gotten worse. When I contacted Nike’s online support for a replacement, I was told to visit the store where I purchased the shoes.
Following their advice, I went to the store (Blanchardstown, Dublin)and spoke to the staff (Manager Dan and another representative Sara). They refused to help, stating they can only process returns for products purchased within one month and insisted I contact online support again. When I returned to online support, they repeated the same instructions to go to the store.
I’ve now been bounced back and forth between in-store and online support multiple times, with no resolution in sight. The lack of accountability and proper guidance is extremely disappointing, especially from a brand like Nike.
As a loyal customer, I expected better support for a defective product. I’m left frustrated and unsure about how to proceed. Nike needs to seriously improve its customer service processes to avoid such experiences.
Would not recommend buying from Nike if you expect proper after-sales service or support for product issues.

Very low quality products and customer service! To this day I have bought 13 pairs of shoes through the Nike app, some of them are the same model on different colours. The shoes bought later I could notice that the material used are of lower quality, but the price is the same or higher!
On 03/06/2024 I complained about a pair of shoes and they told me to return the item, after receiving they would refund me in 3 to 9 working days. The parcel was delivered by a post on 01/07/2024 but I still didn’t get the refund!
And now they don’t reply to me in the app chat anymore.

Awful customer service! Was promised I would receive a call back from a manager within 24-48 hours. 600 hours later I’m still waiting and after contacting there support around 50 times they keep telling me the same thing - expect a call back within 24-48 hours! Guess what - still NO CALL BACK!

Inconsistent sizing, the size i already own does not match what I received. Told by the customer service that all their size charts are different and that is common sense to check all the size charts on their website.... I don't understand how a UK5 should be a different amount of CM otherwise what's the point of a size chart? Told that they cannot offer any solutions. I have contacted Nike customer support on a pair of defective vaporflys that the zoom x foam is splitting wear the carbon plate is located, these vaporflys were only 3months old, never washed, only used for a few road races. I was told that the only thing they could do is give me a refund on the purchase price which they were on sale at the time.so if I take the refund I will have to pay another 100e for a new pair of vaporflys they won't honor there warranty as this states covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years. The customer service person has told me that the refund is my only option here which I don't think is fair when the product is obviously defective
