I bought an order for the first time. The salesperson was very enthusiastic and gave me guidance on product selection. The quality of the clothes I purchased was pretty good.

This place is an ABSOLUTE joke. Their sizes are WAYYY off and you CANNOT return. They advertise easy return but then they make you jump through hoops and tell you its too expensive to send return label. DO NOT use this company!

Never received tracking information for my my order and i’ve emailed them dozens of times and never received a response, horrible customer service!!

I ordered the high waisted faux leather trousers as a gift, As this is a chinese company I expected a bit of wait time for delivery, however to my surprise delivery was quick and the trousers look great! I fully recommend this company.

I don’t recommend people to buy from this store. They are scam. First time I bought $109 dress. They send wrong order af chasing soo much they don’t even refund me.

Second time I bought $39.45 lingerie, they said they shipped it, it’s been more than 2months still I haven’t received the parcel. They are scam.. please people save yourself from these kind of people. Poor quality service. Poor communication. U need to chase them a lot to get ur product. I haven’t received mine yet. They are scam. Don’t trust what they post!.

I’m in the process of opening my online store. And needed merchandise ASAP. I received the order pretty quick and I was very satisfied with my order. I already placed my second order of merchandise. That shows you how satisfied and happy I am.

When I made my order they contacted me to verify it was really me making the order. Then they were clear it could take up to 5 days to get my order ready, so I appreciated that because it gave me a time frame on when I was gonna receive my order. And lastly the shipping address wasn’t fully correct and I communicated that with the representative, and she said she would fix it to the correct one and I did receive my order to my correct address. I’m definitely satisfied with their customer service and I’m actually making a future order with them now.
