My glasses are gorgeous - I get compliments where ever I go! Even the girls in Visique Botany admire them and understand completely why I buy the frames from Nihao, they just don’t stock ‘cool’ modern frames like the frames from Nihao.

Poor customer service that's the same as others describe here. Nihao did not put a complete address on the package (missing the apt. number) and it was returned to sender. It's now been a full month of back and forth of Nihao passing the buck, asking us to open a missing package claim with USPS. This is something we cannot do as it's the shipper's responsibility. We have told them this numerous times and it's always the same response. This is very poor customer service and we're out glasses and they don't seem to want to provide a refund. You get what you pay for indeed. I'd rather pay double and just have a pair of glasses then endlessly deal with this sort of behaviour. There are so many other providers—stay away from Nihao.

Very reasonable price for frames and postage. Speed of delivery as you would expect as they are coming from China. I could track the parcel en route. Good quality and sturdy product. I will buy from them again when I need another pair.

I’ve ordered these pair as suggested by a friend. Not sure about what to expect but a providentially opportunity came to light upon receiving these gorgeous & functional glasses to my complete surprise. I kissed & hug my wife to my delight that I could finally see her visibly within my sight. Thank you Nihao‼️

I have been purchasing from Nihao for many years. I did have one problem once with a new prescription, I had entered it wrongly, completely my fault,and Nihao at least offered huge discounts on correct glasses. Since then I have had no issues whatsoever. Prompt delivery, excellent service. And I live in Australia.

Horrible customer service! I received the wrong glasses ordered. It took them several days to respond to my inquiry/grievance. Additionally, no one was ever available when I called their “so called” business line during their stated business hours. When they finally got back to me, they wanted me to pay additional money for the same glasses I ordered in a different color. Completely unacceptable! I’m waiting on a FULL refund. As far as I’m concerned, they’re con artists. Save yourself time and money! Don’t do it!!!

I can understand the 28% bad reviews, I also purchased glasses had a difficult time tracking them and when they arrived via USPS (United States Postal Service) they where returned to sender due to incorrect address, I spent allot time trying to contact customer service, when finally they advised USPS must have made mistake, we did not. and here i sit with no glasses, and no refund. cant cancel order as they apply 20% penalty even thou the shipping courier says it was an incorrect mailing address. Be careful, i got what i paid for.....right.....

I ordered my glasses on approximately May 5. It is now May 24 and still no glasses. Also no phone number to check the status. Shame on you

Actually amazed by these glasses! I went out on a limb and ordered two pairs for about £55 total inc. delivery. I wasn't sure if they would arrive or not, but I'm so impressed! I ordered them on the 20th of April and they have arrived today, the 4th of May. Impressive turn around, the glasses fit my prescription perfectly, they feel very strong and sturdy. Couldn't be happier.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The frames that I chose are perfect. They are also very sturdy and it seems like they will last for a long time of use. I sent my prescription in to have lenses put in and they fit the original script to the T. I have no complaints at all. Even the shipping took less time than I expected. I would also like to mention that the price was well within my budget.

Ordered 2 frames both with Prescription sunglass lenses, wow they are amazing! Everything about them is perfect and I only paid £48 including postage for both. They supply tracking details so you can keep up to date on the progress of your order and postage. Mine took 19 days from ordering to being delivered today. So happy highly recommend..

Ordered 3 pair of glasses with the blue lens and cats eye look absolutely love them all. Will definitely be ordering again and am others to your site for sunglasses and other glasses. Easy to order and sent efficiently.

I first ordered a pair without my prescription lens just to see what they were like and I loved them so I ordered another pair with my daughter who works as an optician .so she ordered in her name of the exact same pair. And I have to say I'd never had got a frame so lovely from the shop she works at or any other. I had variable focal gray sun tint and anti-glare. . they came through and are just perfect. My daughter didn't have to amend anything.its the only pair of classes I've had that I keep on all the time because I can't tell i have them on. All the others I've had spent most of the time on top of my head.The service was excellent postage was excellent and the price was outstanding

It's not just the affordability but the range and ease of purchase (more so for us prescription lens types) that just keeps me coming back for more. The problem here is I have too many frames.

I have purchased 3pairs of spectacles from nihoa and I am happy to recommend to everyone I know(which I have been doing), the quality is on par with the high street names but without the hefty price tag.
